can't access account with no work-arounds
I cant access my old ea account because I have switched to a new email. I have access to old email, but I can not get codes sent there for authentication. yes I checked my spam. I can not use "another recognized device" because I no longer own that xbox series x. I switched my steam account to a new email and your company will not allow me to link my new ea profile to my new email because my steam profile is linked to the old email for this account. I cant delete the old ea account because I can't get emails to the old email account. I just want to play the game man. When I say that I can't get emails to the old yahoo account, I literally mean that no authentication emails are getting through. yes I checked spam, yes I waited, yes I refreshed the page, yes I restarted the computer, no I am not receiving text authentication, no I still can't access my old ea account to update anything and no I can't get a new account to link with steam because the old account is tied to it. The game I am trying to play is irrelevant as I am not allowed to play it without the ea app. I even created another steam profile and added them to my family to create a new ea account to link and OF COURSE I can't use a family profile to play the game because you are so greedy.fiz assinatura por 3 meses e não estou conseguindo ter acesso ao jogos
assinei o plano de três messes, assinei 19/07/2026 o termino da assinatura esta agendado para 19/09/2026. na minha tela aparece a mensagem ¨sua assinatura EA PLAY está com termino agendado para 19 de outubro de 2026. para entender sua assinatura; escolha umas das opções abaixo. ai aparece para eu pagar. tem assinatura para três meses, mas como sua assinatura tem três meses para vencer você tem assinar novamente. EA PLAY é golpe.
EA Play member - Not receiving CFB 27 Welcome or Ultimate Team Packs
I'm an EA Play member through XBOX Ultimate - I have not received my CFB 27 Welcome Pack or July Ultimate Team Pack. EA Sports College Football 27 Get ready for College Football 27 with an EA Play Welcome Pack starting July 2, and a College Football Ultimate Team Pack available until July 31. Is anyone else having this issue?
