EA Play - NHL 20 has a lock icon
Hello, I am a longtime EA Play subscriber on my PlayStation 5 with a current subscription, and I am having trouble with a game I am currently playing. I have been playing NHL20 on my PS5 for a very long time (I have almost 500 hours on it), and I went on holiday for a about 10 days and suddenly I cannot play the game. When I go to launch it I get an error message that says I need to purchase it, but when I go to look at the game it isn't available for purchase. I had a chat with a clueless EA support rep who said the game was no longer supported because the servers were just shut down, but that isn't accurate as the servers were shut down in 2024. I would like to continue playing this game. I had a similar issue with NHL25 and NHL26 with them having lock icons and being unplayable, and support here ended up giving me a code for NHL25, as they said it is a known issue. Can someone look into this and assist me please? Thank you!

Tentei criar um case mas não aparece opção nenhuma de entrar em contato com suporte. Fiz a assinatura de EA Play pelo computador e gostaria de sincronizar no PS5. Depois vi que não é compatível (o que é bem ridículo na verdade) mas fazer o que? Então estou tentando cancelar a assinatura que fiz porém quando entro em gerenciar assinaturas na minha conta aparece um erro genérico: "Algo deu erradoEncontramos um problema técnico. Tente novamente mais tarde." The play list has been reduced AGAIN I have to manually look for games Why can't you just keep the entire list on one screen. I bought a yearly subscription for my daughter 8 years ago and she hasn’t used it since then and I can’t login to cancel Please can you help me. I bought the EA subscription so she could play online games and I get charged every year as she doesn’t have the login to cancel it. What can I do to get refunded for this and stop these charges? Not getting full access to EA Play on PS5
Hi all, I wonder if someone can help me I have been a EA Play member for a few years on my PS5 and i recently noticed that when I go to view games on my EA Play Subscription on the PS5 i only have 3 games that come up (picture attached) I have gone to my PlayStation account and my EA Play subscription looks like its linked up and I have a paid membership until next year. So i am a bit confused as to why i am only seeing 3 games when i know there are a lot more, could someone help me please? I thought it was a glitch at first but this has been 3 days now. Kind regards in advance.
