Issue with PC Game Pass and EA Play
I have an active PC Game Pass subscription and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. However, the EA App does not show that I have EA Play, and the Xbox app says it cannot connect to the EA App. Could anyone explain why this is happening or how I can fix it? I receive the following error message when I attempt to play College Football 26 or Madden 26 that has been downloaded to my Xbox Series X from EA Play: “EA Play trial - this trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into the account and restart the game to continue your progress.” I restart my console, the server refreshes, and I am able to play a game. However, upon the game ending, the whole process restarts…
EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle NOT RECEIVED YET
I redeemed my EA SPORTS NHL® 26 EA Play Supercharge Bundle from the game benefits from EA Play / Xbox Game Pass. I have screenshots showing it was redeemed and as an add-on (add-on: doesn't need to be installed). I've rebooted, power cycled, etc... nothing has appeared in my HUT profile yet. It has been over a week since I've redeemed this benefit. Please help!!!!
