EA Play Refund
When I opened the EA Play app, I couldn't see my games. I was told I had to start an EA Play subscription. However, I had an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership that expires in December 2025. This membership and my EA account were linked. When I tried to link them again, I got an error. I went and bought a one-year EA Play subscription so I could keep playing games. The next day, when I opened the EA Play app again, I got a warning message that I had a double subscription. Because of this ridiculous error in the app, I unnecessarily paid for a 1-year EA Play subscription. I live in Turkey and when I check your terms of use, I can request a refund within 14 days. Вчера играл с другом в апекс, спокойно играли и все было хорошо, но сегодня утром я хотел зайти в игру чтобы поиграть пару игр, но столкнулся с проблемой, игра вышла из аккаунта Насчет аккаунта, я создал его когда мне было лет 14-15, на почту яндекс, которую я потерял, даже если я вспомню пароль мне нужно будет написать последние 4-ре цифры номера который звонит на указанный номер почты, этого номера у меня также нет, а что можно менять номер привязанный к почте я не знал. Играл изначально через EA, позже стал играть через Steam На аккаунте было две реликвии, более 1.8к матчей, 196 уровень Хотелось бы узнать что делать в такой ситуации, так как указанной почты в аккаунте у меня нету и войти я в нее не могу, прошу помощи

EA Play not working
I bought a gamepass few minutes ago and decided to play EAFC but despite of every effort everytime I try to open Ea Play It's asking me to buy games. I can't access any games Included in my Game Pass. I tried linking and unlinking method multiple times and it still doesn't work. EA FIX IT!!!! (pls)
EA Play Pro subscription payment not going through
I had an EA Play Pro membership (monthly subscription) for several months until January 2025 when my subscription was somehow cancelled bc EA wasn't able to charge my linked PayPal account. Since then I've been trying (without success) to re-subscribe to EA Play Pro using PayPal as a payment option but I keep getting "There is no funding source added to your PayPal account. Please add a card to continue." message in the checkout window. The thing is, there are several verified payment sources added to said PayPal account, PayPal support checked the account, it's in a good standing and has no blocks or limits, AND all other subscriptions continue to be charged just fine. I've tried different VISA and Mastercard cards issued by different banks, all of them somehow get rejected with the same error text that does not say much. I also went through the forums and read all the help documents there are on the website, but none of the suggested causes are applicable to my case. TL;DR: can't make any payments using PayPal but used to be able to do so without a problem until recently. What's changed and how to fix it? I just want to play my video games in peace. Thanks!
