Error Code 102:c37c87e8

I keep getting this 102 code while I'm playing the Akiyama Family from the Snowy Escapes Pack. It happens everytime one of them go to work (The Salaryperson Career) like for example this time when I got the code I had save and exited the game and went to log back on and I got this code, I also got this code yesterday (March 3, 2025) when I had them work 'overtime' and they came home early when they should of stayed at work, I left and tried to come back, but got the same 102 ERROR code. I have NO MODS/CC, this is the ONLY Family I'm having this issue with. I backed up my game files through Steam and that didn't help either the only thing that fixed it was when I was on another family had a memeber go to there home and waited for my sims to come home from work and then I could play on them.

    Hi Bags2098 

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

    If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

    Also, do you have any Sim in an active career in that household ?

    Both of them are  in the SalaryPerson career. I found out the problem, it was a weird glitch with the landing spot on when they would come home as you can see in the screenshot I took there was landscaping where this fence is, which is already there when you start playing the family, but I had done some remodling to the family's home, which I did notice their landing spot had changed after that which I found odd. So I deleted that particular landing scaping and I trouble shooted it multiple times. I now no longer get the ERROR CODE after this unsusal glitch.

    Very strange. Never heard of an object causing an 102 but maybe it was the fact that they couldn't spawn there for some odd reason.
