Fc ut crash
Hello there I have a problem since 2 months with fc 25 the game keep logging me off after just one game or sometimes after just opening ut and a the error code is CE-108255-1 I tried to reset my ps5 uninstall the game then reinstall and checked my internet connection even changed my internet provider after thinking it was a connection error but still struggling with same problem can any one help me please I’m so devastated and unpleasant with this problem by the way I contacted the ea support and they didn’t fix it or guide me properly thanks advance guys

[Edit, EN only here plz - EA_Barry] I have followed all the necessary steps related to this issue, but my problem has not been resolved. I reached out to support through Epic Games, where I made the purchase, and they mentioned it is an issue caused by EA. I have not received any support from EA representatives regarding this issue. I purchased a 12-month EA Play membership on 28.01.2025, and I am unable to play any games due to this issue. Could you please assist me?
