Can't receive verification emails and can't access my EA account
Hello,
I am unable to receive the verification code required to log in to my EA account.

I have already tried every solution suggested by EA. I checked my spam/junk folders multiple times, cleared cache and cookies, tried different browsers and devices, and confirmed that my email address is correct. I have also requested the verification code many times, but the email never arrives.
I already contacted EA Help regarding this issue. I explained my situation, received a case number, and was told to wait for a response by email. It has now been over a month, but I still have not received any reply or solution.
I have spent a significant amount of money on my EA account, including games and content that I purchased. Being unable to access my account and use the products I paid for because of an EA authentication issue is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
This issue does not seem to be an isolated problem. Many users have reported experiencing the same verification code issue, but the only response seems to be asking users to contact EA Help or check their spam folders, even though many of us have already tried all recommended solutions.
I urgently need assistance with this issue. Please investigate my account and provide a solution as soon as possible. I simply want to regain access to my account and use the content I have legally purchased.
I would appreciate a prompt response from EA support.
