Hi there — could you confirm which device you’re playing on, and the OS version currently installed? Also, have you tried clearing the app cache data and restarting your device?

Hey Pulsar, yes I did everything there is to be done and followed every instructions given my the customer support as well as the blog. The device is Nothing 2A and the OS is Android 16

Could you also try changing the graphics settings in Settings → Gameplay tab, and then restart your phone to see if that resolves the issue?

Hey EA_Pulsar, just tried changing graphics and restarting the phone the issue still persists :(.
