Appeals, tos, begging
SimGuruRitzyEA_DarkoDiscoTebow idk I’m literally just @‘ing people randomly, but I have a major issue regarding CFB 26 and my account, I was falsely banned after I exited a match where my opponent De-synced me and essentially froze my game, I had to quit out and when I came back into the game I got banned for “cheating” I submitted my appeal on the 5th….. it is now the 20th and I have heard nothing back from any real people, it has been saying waiting on studio for such a long time now, this should be a simple fix and I’m not here to be mean or rude to anyone at EA, but you guys make it hard. I just want to play ultimate team again that’s the only game I play. Can I please get a response? Attachments are present as well, the video would not upload even though I am trying to link it. Can you guys please just hit up the tos team? Please I **bleep** near beg you.

Know it's not what you want to hear but we cannot help with anything account related on the forums.
We simply do not have the ability to discuss your account with you so the best thing we can suggest is to speak with the team who does deal with appeals here
As you already have an open appeal then it may be worth waiting a little longer, know it sucks not being able to play but our team review all appeals. It can just take a little time as they received hundreds if not thousands each day.
