Feedback ideas (i hope this feedback is allowed?)
I know you can scroll with the topic you're looking for and you have a search bar to look for things you're looking for but it becomes slow over time the more i scroll to a certain game category (it doesn't have to be the category i often use and i bet i can speak the same for the others) So my question is: is there an option so you can click on pages rather than scrolling? I took a screenshot of it but maybe like something like this? Maybe even a random page option so you can click on the number pages? It's not just the topic you're looking for but i also want that option in the comments (same reason as the above one, when scrolling it becomes very slow over time) I hope we have that option and if not: is it okay to add number pages as an option in settings? (I took a screenshot so you'll figured where this comes from) By the way it can still be optional (similar to dates: "hours/days/weeks/months/year ago" and "certain date, month and year" except this time it's the pages and scrolling option) It's just a suggestion of course so i hope the team don't feel attacked by this?
EA will not give my event rewards
Im online on both EA app and the stupid game, I've updated the game and the stupid thing still says I cannot get event rewards because I'm offline? Can anyone help? Since I cannot contact EA support because ALL LINKS ARE DEAD --- im about done with SIMS 4. I've paid over a grand for EVERY GODDAMN PACK and it wont give me 'online' rewards even though the **bleep** thing checks for updates every hour???? EA SUCKS
EA Ban Appeal Bug
I was suspended from Apex Legends a while back. EA provided me a link to appeal the ban, however since then, I have not been able to get back into my account at all. I have verified the password, however, when I click the link to appeal and enter my email, I receive "This email is not eligible for an EA account" If I try to reset the password I receive an "This email or ID is invalid" I have spoken to the 1st level advisors who are unfortunately very unhelpful. They can see the account exists and have sent me one-time codes for the purpose of authentication but I still cannot get into the account at all. I think this is a bug on EA side as presumably the suspension should be lifted by now or they should have suspended for just Apex, and not my entire account? Has anybody else experienced this or received support that actually resolved the issue? I've had multiple cases and promised escalations from advisors that lead to nothing with the last advice of create a forum post - so here I am. Note the account I am using to create this post is NOT the account that is suspended. Figured I'd be clear on that.
Unlinking Steam Account from EA Account
The title is a process that is not possible?? I can't get any professional help from EA; can't unlink the account from my steam to link my main profile to it?? EA might be the worst when it comes to "EA Help" That being said, if anyone has any suggestions let me know, add me on disc: realrevs
Old EA Account Unlink
I have a very old playstation account that my father connected hos EA account to about pobably 12-15 years ago and we cant remeber the password to login. The problem is that the email he has connected to it has been discontinued so we cant reset the password either. And when i try to get help from EA they say they cant help me even tho i gave them every information possible of an account that hasnt been used for 10+ years. I gave them the correct email, correct informatiom that no games has been purchased on that account, i gave them the correct olaystatiom id its connected to and still they said the information wasnt good enough. How am i suppose to unlink them so i can connect my own EA account to my playstation.
Content Not Published when trying to post in the forum
Today I was going through my notifications and responding to posts as many do, when all of a sudden, this happens...... It is hard enough to keep track of where I am at in my notifications because when I look at them once, they ALL get marked as read. So when going back in it is a real pain to find where I left off. So this happening and saying try again later, when later I will probably have more notifications and then really have to spend some time to figure out where I was, is just terrible. Why would we be penalized for replying to existing posts we participate in? Maybe I could understand if we were limited to how many new posts we could start within a certain time frame but this is just bananas to me. I have posted before about the problem of all notifications being marked as read when you go into them. If that was fixed this wouldn't be such a big deal. Not to mention it would be time savingly awesome.
