Is there a way to actually contact EA Support and not rely on this forum?

I've been having an issue with my EA account linking and waiting 3 days just for a follow up is some crazy work.... like what even happened to live chat? or contacting actual support?

And as I said on my original post, there's NO WAY the EA account linked to my Xbox account is disabled. I've owned this account since 2010, never had and never linked any other EA account to my Xbox account. Seen other people have the same issue from over 12 years ago, I don't really expect much from this post but might as well try.
