Mean spirited company?
(sorry it's long :D) It appears as tho EA has turned in to a mean spirited company, perhaps it always has been. NHL seems to want to aggravate its customer base. I'm quite sure the EA corp supports virtuous initiatives like Anti-Bullying, safe working spaces, etc. This is commendable. Yet, why does it not treat it's customers with the same mindset. Instead, the perception is quite the opposite. In my 8 years of playing HUT, i've seen a deteriation in the quality of the experience. We are now faced with time limits in HUT Moments now. Why? Were people having too much success, too quick? who cares. EA didn't like the old days of squad battles where one could score 100 goals, so they fixed it. The company seems to program based on what the community is doing instead of trying to make a competent game. The customer base now is forced to grip the controller extremely hard, sweat out things it shouldn't have to. Back to the safe space comment. EA does not provide a safe space for its customers. This game is aggravating. EA has made a mockery of professional players, across all leagues. Passes don't go where they are supposed to, questionable programming displayed all over the place more often then not. I'm just wondering, at what point does the company care about their users experience, and where FUN comes in to the list of priorities. I had an epiphany a couple months ago, are they making a single player game? I believe the answer is yes. Why? No one knows the numbers, but if you're making single player game, just tell us and we'll move on. It would explain a lot if that was the case. We need an online, competitive game worthy of watching and praising the winners. We have lost that. I'll stop here as i'm rambling, but i'll end with this. I do not enjoy yelling at my screen. This happens when expectations to do meet reality. Please try to come close to our expectaitons.
Salary Cap
At this point why not getting rid of salary cap, EA "REWARDS" people with TOTY and Fantasy cards with insane salary bonus combo, so they have a loaded team, meanwhile other people like myself got to make it work with line combo of card I don't care for, just to try and get salary combo to fit some of my cards on the team, pretty much forcing you to have a mediocre 4th line on forward and 3rd line on defense and in net. Yes it's nice to be able to make MSP if you grind objectives each week, but there's no way to fit a team of 90+ card on your team, so half of my good card are bench. We already have to make it work to get AP with captain with players of the same team or same nations, just to get some AP.

EA_Aljo We need better camera shots for NHL 27 regarding the team celebrations, and the viewers need to see them again like in NHL 22. I have a video showing how it should finally be seen again in offline modes; online it can be short. And if possible, finally new-looking spectators; we've had the current ones since NHL 15, and they're already too outdated.Sliders for rookie cup chase
How do the AI on rookie cup chase constantly score and have an insanely good shooting percentage? Oh that's right, the sliders this year for CPU AI are jolted to the max for absolute max rage for everyone playing this game. They play the absolute most unrealistic way possible. I can't keep shutouts for season objectives when these guys score the absolute junk goals in the world. Also in prior years you'd just be able to put the remote down, now the AI score on half their shots, every breakaway possible, and every semi open shot they get... and meanwhile the user hits 7 post a gane. EA_Aljo pass it on. I cant wait for this cycle to be over and i will not be buying the full price game. any feedback gets spun the wrong way (Like moments now being worse than they possibly could be)
Syncing game at beginning
Whenever a game is syncing at the beginning screen, I know I’m done already…. And once again, I was not surprised. His team was mediocre at best…:but again skating around with no power, is staminate energy is completely black, but able to maneuver around everybody…. Cause my players will not respond, no matter they are green, they can pretty much walk right around my player that won’t move to get to him. Losing 7 to 1, and missing 5 to 7 open nets, literally the player is sitting there with an open net and used to puck into the corne, or won’t even attempt to shot just stands still…. And the post hitting is laughable: My player standing there at an open net and the puck passes him slowly and he won’t even activate, just stands there as you’re trying to activate them and only activates when the puck has gone past them, and the other player gets it…. It like he freezes Out!!! if a game is syncing mode, it should be just cancelled because there is a reason it’s Desyncing !!!Tunnel Walkouts for the other offline modes
EA_Aljo Could you please tell the devs that the tunnel walkouts for NHL 27 finally need to be added to the other offline modes as well 🙏Otherwise, that's a real waste of potential in that regard. And that they finally show the goalie introduction again, along with the tunnel walkouts in the pre-game intro. I also recorded a video showing how it could be shown. 👍
