Constant Lag and Game Freezing causing Ranked Match loss
I am writing to report severe technical issues I encountered during a Ranked match. The game was constantly freezing and stuttering, making it unplayable. Every time I moved, the game would freeze for several seconds, leaving me vulnerable and resulting in me being eliminated without any chance to react. This issue significantly impacted my performance and my rank. I would like to request an investigation into this matter and compensation for the loss of rank progress caused by these technical failures. Platform: PC (EA App) Issue: For the past 2 days, every time I try to launch Apex Legends, I receive the following error message: “The client is not running the anti-cheat or has failed the anti-cheat authentication.” After this, the game freezes during loading and then kicks me out. Steps I’ve Already Tried: Restarted my PC multiple times Set the anti-cheat executable to run as Administrator Repaired the game through the EA App Deleted the anti-cheat file and repaired the game again to force a reinstall Verified that no firewall/antivirus is blocking the game Result: None of these steps resolved the issue. The game consistently fails to authenticate anti-cheat and will not let me play. Expected Behavior: The game should launch normally and allow me to connect without failing anti-cheat authentication. Season 29: 1-2 Second Freeze on Kill/Win Events Only on EA App
System: Ryzen 7 9800X3D RX 6700 XT Windows 10 Apex Legends Season 29 Problem: The game freezes for about 1-2 seconds specifically when getting a kill, squad wipe, or winning a match/champion screen. Normal gameplay and movement are smooth. Important: The issue ONLY happens when launching Apex through EA App. The exact same game/account on Steam does NOT have the issue. Additional info: Several players in my community are experiencing the exact same issue after the Season 29 update. Hi I need help witm my accpunt because my game is only crashing when i try to swith on ranked mode normal battle royale is working but when i switch to the ranked the game freezes then unfreezes and then it crash and the game turn off i trued everything to fix it and i think i have a bugged account so can u please help me fix itSUPPORT ERROR CODE: CE-41839-5
I have a theory that the new ANTI CHEAT update is affecting THOUSANDSSSS of players. Many of us have been reporting for weeks that APEX keeps crashing or wont launch at all. I play on PS4 and when trying to open APEX, it closes and shows an error code. I get an error code EVERY TIME. I have reinstalled the game and even waited for the latest update, nothing works. I do not want to lose any of my game data! It sucks that there is no way to login into my APEX account online so I can at least see if my account is perfectly fine; if my packs, coins, heirlooms are untouched. APEX NEEDS TO RESPOND TO THESE ISSUES.
