Apex kills my PC
Hello, I have a serious problem that occurs exclusively when playing Apex. and the problem is quite serious and no matter how hard I try to fix it, nothing works. so, every time I play Apex, after about 3 hours, the computer freezes tightly (there is a BSOD, presumably CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT). I have to turn it off, it leads to the second error - Kernel-Power 41. Further, despite the fact that the computer seems to be turned off and everything should be fine, the computer hangs on the screen saver when turned on, or gets the BSOD again without even starting up. As a result, only its complete disconnection from power for 30-40 minutes + BIOS reset through the battery on the board helps to bring the computer back to life again. I also want to note that I have a powerful computer, a good power supply, a clean original Windows 11 Pro and there is no such problem anywhere except in Apex. I really love Apex, but i just can’t play in it because of that issue, help me to solve that problem please.22Views0likes2CommentsJust got kicked from a ranked, while trying to connect
i got kicked from a ranked game right when we dropped from the dropship , loaded back into the game then got kicked again while i was stuck in the air , restarted again and was disbanded from the game and received lost points and a 10 minute cooldown. I litterally just reached diamond, i was 300 over , and also says i lost -162 ranked points but still demoted me.4Views0likes0CommentsRandom high packet loss only on Apex Ranked servers
This issue is causing me so much confusion, so I've decided to post here as a last resort. Essentially, it is what the title suggests: Every so often, when I load into a ranked game in Apex, I'll have very high packet loss (upwards of 50% on average, I would say) throughout that whole game. I'll load into the next few, and it will be perfectly fine... until it isn't. The issue doesn't happen in pubs (as far as I know) and doesn't happen in other games. Additionally, the issue has only happened on my home internet, so at first I thought my network was the issue. For context, I know this because I transport my setup to and from another location, and the issue does not happen at the second location. This morning, I set up a mesh network in an attempt to fix the issue, but the problem persists (mesh network using eero 7 dual-band routers). I use an Ethernet connection and have good, stable internet speeds (tested: 500+ Mbps download, 400+ Mbps upload). The attachment is a short clip from a game (I promise I would've hit the bow shots without loss) representing what I see. It's also worth mentioning that this clip is directly after restarting my game. Restarting my game or my PC does not fix the issue for whatever server that game is being played on. So, with all that being said, is this a network issue? Is this a server issue? Firewall config issue? Genuinely, this is the most confusing problem I've run into since I've had my PC. Any suggestions would be appreciated, since there's apparently also no way to contact a real person at EA.Solved519Views1like21CommentsFATAL ENGINE ERROR
I've had this issue come up a few times in the past, but it seems to occur randomly. I have no launch options or changes to the game in the commands, and the only time I ever had has been -novid. Running on 577.00 NVIDIA driver previously when this crash first occurred months ago. Now running on 596.00+ gen drivers. BOTH using RTX 4070 Ti. Crash occurred on Stormpoint, happens at 25 seconds after the dropship loads in initially. Same crash has also occurred on Wildcard. This issue has been reported multiple times on this forum but I cannot reply to older threads as it keeps getting marked as spam.Screen goes black after being respawned
I was playing ranked and my teammate respawned me. As I was coming out the ship my screen went black and there was no audio of the match I was in. It sounded like I was in the map alone basically. It just stayed like this and the only thing I could do was open menu which would force a 10 min delay.23Views1like1CommentI lost 162 cause i was lagging hard on the server and crashed
So i was playing and i had high packet loss problem so the game crashed couldn’t even load back in two times and i got kicked out and i lost 162 rp in diamond 3 lobby, it’s unfair, as i didn’t intentionally leave , it’s just the game got so many lagging problems, i shouldn’t be losing my points!Ps5 Black Screen after match - Code:net Prevents Login
After finishing a match, Apex Legends stopped loading. When I press continue, the screen stays black while I can hear the lobby audio. after 20 - 30 seconds, I receive "Connection to server timed out (code:net)" or "Connection to server timed out after application was suspended." I can no longer reach the lobby. I have already: Reinstalled Apex Legends. Restarted my ps5 and router. Changed data centers. Deleted local save data. Restored ps5 licenses. Verified my EA account has no bans. Confirmed other online games and other EA games work normally. Confirmed friends can log into Apex without issues. The issue started immediately after completing a match, and has persisted for over 12 hours. It appears to be an account or server-side issue rather than a console or network problem.9Views0likes0CommentsMatchmaking loop
