Helllo, Im trying to open APEX from steam(i tried from Origin as well), it shows the Respawn logo then anti cheat after that it "crash" without any error code and exit the game like it never been launch Im running Win11 Pro, i9 13900kf ASUS(华硕) STRIX Z790F Gigabyte (技嘉) 3080TI 超级雕 G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5-7200 - 32GBApex Legends PC crashes mid-game – Event Viewer error 0xC0000022
Hi everyone, I’m having a persistent issue with Apex Legends on PC, and I’m running out of ideas. After playing for some time (usually mid game), my PC suddenly crashes. There’s no gradual FPS drop or overheating warning, it just crashes unexpectedly. What’s confusing is that my PC handles much heavier games that use a lot of GPU power and VRAM without any issues. Outside of Apex, my system works perfectly fine. I checked Event Viewer and I consistently get this error when the crash happens: Session "dc3a3596-71e1-45a3-b2ea-39ad5322fe51" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000022 No crashes in other demanding games. Temperatures and performance seem normal. The issue happens only with Apex LegendsApex Legends
i was playing ranked with my duo then all of a sudden me and my duo started getting packet loss like crazily then we ended up dying to the enemies in result of losing my ranked rps is there a way to recover my rp (the packet loss was from the server and i often get it with my duo) they say that ddos protection causes lag but i was lagging way too much that my screen froze16Views1like0CommentsApex freezing in menu on laptop, require hard reboot
Hello, I would like to report a problem that has been happening for the last 2 weeks, Apex has been freezing the whole laptop(require a hard reboot) after 2-3 minutes in the menu, this happen everytime and I'm unable to play the game since. I've tried everything, reinstalling the game, update and even rollback nvidia driver, verify game files,... and nothing work. I've seen other people have this same problem and apparently it happens to primarily laptop users.198Views5likes9CommentsWhole PC freezes on startup every time
I have had this issue for 3 weeks or so. Every time from steam I launch Apex and where it reaches the little rectangle window before the start button screen. When it reaches this screen it does the initializing game three dots loading and then the waiting for game three dots but every time it reaches this part it freezes my whole PC. Like literally can't task manager, can't move anything. Everything just freezes and I have to force restart my pc with the button. Please I have tried updating graphics drivers, verifying game file and reinstalling. Any fixes?game completely freezes my pc soon after launch
just the title, ive done everything except mess with my bios to fix the issue but nothing changes. i have tried installing from multiple different sources (like steam and ea launcher) and its the same on all of them, after about 30 seconds to a minute it completely freezes my computer. this is the only game that has EVER done this to my computer so im very confused48Views2likes3CommentsCritical system freeze when running Apex Legends
Apex Legends causes a full system to freeze approximately 5–15 seconds after entering the lobby. The entire operating system becomes unresponsive (no input, no Task Manager, no BSOD). Only a forced power shutdown recovers the system. Frequency: 100% reproducible When it happens: – After shaders finish loading – While idle in lobby (no matchmaking required) What does NOT help: – Clean reinstall (EA App and Steam) – GPU driver clean install (DDU) – Easy Anti-Cheat repair/reinstall – Windows power/performance changes – Windows Memory Diagnostic (RAM check) – no errors found – Disk error scan (chkdsk) – no bad sectors or file system issues Important: Other demanding games (Battlefield 2042, Assassin’s Creed Mirage) and professional applications (Adobe Illustrator, Figma) run without any issue. This indicates a game-specific or Easy Anti-Cheat kernel-level issue. System: – Windows 11 – ASUS gaming laptop – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU + Intel Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics iGPU (hybrid graphics) – 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11370H @ 3.30GHz (3.30 GHz) Impact: Prevents gameplay entirely and risks hardware due to repeated forced shutdowns. Note: I have been playing Apex Legends for several years on the same device without any issues. This problem started recently and is the first time the game has become completely unplayable.120Views1like2CommentsPossible Match-Level Server Performance
Dear EA Support Team, I would like to report a gameplay issue I have encountered in Apex Legends and provide information that may be useful for investigation. In certain matches, the following behavior occurs consistently: Severe slowdown is present immediately from the start of the match (including the drop phase) All players appear affected equally: myself, teammates, and enemy players Player movement, actions, and combat feel globally slowed rather than desynchronized As the number of players in the match decreases, the slowdown gradually improves When leaving the match and queueing again, the issue does not always reoccur During these occurrences, the affected players were located in different regions: Japan (Tokyo) Japan (Hiroshima) Singapore Because players in geographically separate regions experience the same symptoms simultaneously, it seems unlikely that this is caused by an individual connection, local ISP congestion, or regional routing issues. The issue tends to occur more frequently during peak hours (approximately 20:00–22:00 JST), though it is not limited exclusively to that time frame. Based on these observations, this behavior may be related to match-level server performance or resource constraints affecting a specific server instance, rather than client-side or network-specific problems. I am sharing this information in case it helps with internal monitoring or investigation. Thank you for your time and support. Kind regards,21Views1like0Comments
