Random fps drops

So when i play apex i randomly get like 5 fps and freezing from my 200+ fps i usually have but my specs are Mid Tier and still i struggle with apex while i play games like valorant, csgo, overwatch without these issues happening to me

Gpu: Nvidia Geforce rtx 4060

Cpu: Amd Ryzen 7 5700x 8 core

Motherboard: A520M-HDV

Ram: 24 GB ram ( I know its wrong to have 24 gb but i cant upgrade it rn)
