Game won't Start
I am having nothing but issues with this game. Has anyone else managed to get past any of these problems? When I launch the game, it will occasionally crash while compiling shaders (no error message) If I make it past the shaders issue, I can navigate the menu fo~3min before the game crashes (no error message) Occasionally the game will stutter during the Battlefield intro movie, cutting all sounds on my PC So far, I haven't been able to play this game at all and am incredibly frustrated. The lack of error message has me randomly trying to apply fixes I find online, but nothing has worked yet. I've updated my graphic drivers Unistalled and reinstalled my graphic drivers Made sure secure boot was enabled (it was) Adjusted Windows Exploit protection Repaired game files I'm running a Razer Blade 16 with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/ Radeon 890M and 64 GB memory
Crashing to Desktop
As many other I played in beta with little Issues but since full release the Game crashes to Desktop consistently after 5-15 minutes without any error. There are 2 ways these crashes play out: 1: Game freezes for a second and immediately closes completely. 2:All objects get frozen in place, idle animations and ambient sounds continue. I lose control over my character except mouse movement so i can look around in the "frozen" scene. While in this state my friend on discord tells me that i am no longer in the lobby. This continues for a few seconds until it eventually fully crashes. Again with no error message or anything. While the game runs it runs smoothly; my PC is not pushing its capacities. Specs: i7-14700KF RTX 4070Ti 32GB RAM MSI MAG B760 TOMAHAWK WIFI Win11 latest update playing on steam All drivers up to date, a whole slew of possible fixes tried including: Disabling all kinds of Overlays, some specific Graphics settings, repairing, reinstalling and starting every conceivable piece of software as admin, some exploit protection settings nonsense etc etc. Any users with Helpful input is appreciated but im pretty confident at this point nobody found a fix so im mainly posting for visibility so EA can at least ACKNOWLEDGE THIS PROBLEMS EXISTENCE. Hello everyone, today I want to touch on a problem that really really upset me, so this is gyroscopic aiming in BF6. The problem is that if we switch aiming from the right stick to gyroscopic aiming, then the right stick stops working, so you can't interact with the right stick in any way, this is bad, because I'm used to aiming with the gyroscope in games, and adjusting my direction of movement with the right stick at the same time. Tell me if I'm the only one who has this problem on PS5 and will they fix it in the update and how quickly ???
Battlefield 6 Latency and Lag
I am getting all kinds of server side lag. My name on the scoreboard constantly shows a wifi symbol with an exclamation point through it. Here are some of things I am experiencing: Sliding in different directions like I am drifting. Severely delayed ADS Rubber-banding back and forth and watching friendlies and enemies do the same. When firing or receiving fire I die instantly with no one there. This problem existed in the beta and I assumed it was a server load problem. I tried various fixes and speedtests on my end and I have no problem in any other online game, including Battlefield 5. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? CRUCIAL EA Developers. Users straight up can’t even play your game. Please fix it and read below. As of launch day, I have been unable to successfully get past the start menu without my game crashing on PS5. Not only has the game crashed but it has entirely crashed and turned off my PS5 twice. Which required a storage repair. This is entirely unplayable for me until this is resolved. The error code being thrown is CE-108255-1. I have attempted clearing cache, rebuilding database, reinstalling, and resetting my entire PS5 in order to resolve this. In the Beta I was unable to play any game modes outside of Close-quarter game modes. Attempting to play large game modes caused the game to crash as if it contained corrupted data with the same CE-108255-1. Note: This has never occurred for me on any other PS5 games… just Battlefield 6. I have included two photos. The first where it froze on the intro. Salut tout le monde ! j'ai de gros bug sur Battlefield 6 Steam, j'utilise une 5090, 128gb Ram, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, en gros j'ai une très grosse config qui me permet de ne jamais mettre en cause directement mon pc, mes drivers sont à jour, GPU, CPU, Bios, la TOTAL, peut importe les paramètre graphique, j'ai tenter des centaine de combinaison, malheureusement toute les 30 secondes de jeux j'ai un **bleep** de bug qui dure 5 secondes en moyenne, la température de mes composant sont OK, j'ai tenter de passer en DX11, forcer la compatibilité Windows 10, modifié mes paramètre 3D Nvidia, rien ne fait, et c'est uniquement sur BF6 alors que sur la bêta tout fonctionner correctement à 340fps en moyenne, c'est très frustrant, du coup je suis obligé de jouer sur PS5 :c, je vous drop la vidéo pour que vous puissiez constaté du soucis, dite moi si quelqu'un a eu le soucis et a réussi a résoudre le problème. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntx8LbsOw0s
Campaign progress completely reset after crash
After dealing with tens of crashes and checkpoint restarts during campaign I've reached a new low. After a crash that required me to reboot the pc the entire campaign progress was reset. Respectfully, F this. I'll try next month hoping the game will be half-fixed. Very hopeful, I know
Starting Campaign crashes game, unable to play Single Player
Trying to select Campaign difficulty or start the first mission causes BF6 to freeze and then crash with no error code or other indication of a problem. Friends tell me a new instance should open when to play the single player but it never appears for me. I've tried reinstalling the game twice to no avail. Anyone have a solution to this problem? I am playing on Steam.
