game runs high cpu on all maps but stutters and slow mo

specs
AMD Ryzen 5 7535H
32GB DDR5 ram
MS 16RK
Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 Laptop 8gb
yes im aware its a laptop so itll perform worse however the beta was perfectly fine and up till this update was too. The game just stutters super hard and i get slow mo heavy on those 2 maps (forgot the names but you know em. any ideas how to fix?

It is called desynchronization, that somehow doesn't happen in the mode "Escalation" for me. Or maybe I was just lucky so far.
