unable to interact with other Sims + more
My sims are unable to interact with other sims (no pie menu when clicked) or self. They can interact with some items. I've disabled and enabled mods multiple times, but it still removes an aspiration from mods. Mods are fully up to date but do not work at all.
Sim menu pop up interface/object menu interface
Since today's update, when I log on to The Sims 4 and select a family to play, no interface menu appears to give commands when I try to select a sim. The same thing goes for when I select an object. In the menu bar where it shows all your playable sims' faces, it doesn't allow me to switch between different sims, nor will it locate the sim when double-clicking on their head. I've logged on 6 times hoping it is just a loading issue, but it is not. I also keep getting the same notification that "1 or more items have been removed from my Create a Sim, as I am not or the EA account logged in is not the owner."
Push to talk idea (controller) and how to do it
Hi I was thinking skate should implement push to talk which can toggle on and off your mic with a controller by tapping the left Dpad as i personally don’t see a point in having that a social button when it’s in the pause menu, I’m not sure if I’m the only one but I also forget the social is even on the Dpad, and by having that as a text by holding and a tap to toggle on/off for push to talk would be much nicer since voice chat is in the game now. What could also be nice if you had an option to switch the text and push to talk actions in settings, so it’ll be hold to talk and once you let go you’re back to muted, and tap for text, the option would always be nice to have. This makes sense to me as the left Dpad would then be the communication button, I feel social is wasted on the Dpad. Something to add on the end of this is also having an option in the setting to disable voice ducking, having someone speak with the volume of my game being lowered isn’t a nice experience for some and the option would be very helpful.
[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13
I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits another lot and comes back to their lot about 3-5 minutes of playing with a different household member the game crashes. I have Sims4, and all of a sudden i couldnt normally play cus when I tried to create a world the program crashed. And then, when i tried to load the old one, i couldnt move on throught tutorial cuz i had no cash to buy a house for some reason ( i had house and fully customed world so). I tried to reinstall? but it didnt work. What should i do? Except waiting or reinstall cus, as i said, i already did it
