Main menu grayed out
This is a very common bug I get. Upon loading the game, the main menu is grayed out and I can't click on anything. It's as if I have the panel up where you can go to options, exit the game, etc, and the background is grayed out. Except I don't, and I can't even play the game because I can't click on anything. Please fix this. Thank you.
[EBN] Fairies still show up in other worlds with limit to Innisgreen checked
Hello, I have checked the box under the Pack Settings to limit fairies to Innisgreen and fairies (in their fairy form) are still showing up at my front door. I've tried restarting the game several times and making sure the settings stay the same. This just started happening after the latest patch. I'm on PS5. The opening music doesn't stop once you get to the main menu, or even if you go to CAS, and my game preferences like audio volume, SDX drops, and stick control directions keep resetting every time I open the game. As the title suggests, my game has an issue where if I switch between played households, the other ages up considerably faster. I always play on a long lifespan but I do have a sense for how long I've been spending with one or the other. For example, I have Sim A 20% into their young adulthood, switch to Sim B's household for university play (2-3 Sim weeks), and when I go back to Sim A, they're just days away from adulthood. It doesn't make sense and messes up my gameplay.
[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13
I ran the update for Xbox today 6/18/25 and every time my sim leaves the lot and returns the games crashes - no mods as it is Xbox - has occurred about 5 times today every time is after my sim visits another lot and comes back to their lot about 3-5 minutes of playing with a different household member the game crashes. Also it keeps resetting my game settings turning back on tutorials and game play overlays and turning back on the music I have turned off in build mode and home screen have most packs except for For Rent, Lovestruck, Growing together, High School Years and Seasons
[JTB] Several Missions: NPCs don't board the Millennium Falcon/X-Wing
There is a huge problem with some missions in batuu. like to go do a cambriolage, my sims cannot go with the sims he recruted to leave. They just stand there beside the jet and the mission never gets done. In the jungle, theres some doors that never opens. Will there be an update on that soon ? Because i have seen a lot of other players having the same issues. I have no mods, just the extensions and whats legit. Controls Displayed on Screen
Just updated the sims 4 on my pc/laptop and now it’s displaying the controls on the left side. I have not messed with any settings at all, I even double checked to make sure I didn’t accidentally change anything and everything is still the same settings I’ve had. I tried repairing the game, removing mods/turning off mods and it still shows up. I googled to see if I maybe I did turn on some accessibility setting and nothing shows up for me to enable/disable in my own game settings. Just kind of bothered by it cause it quite literally is on my screen blocking my game. Oh and it disappears when I open the options menu and appears again when I resume my gameplay.
