[EBN] Sim is healthy but looks like they have ailment.

My sim looks like she has some sort of ailment my guess being burning passion so I thought I'd have her make the cure. Well when she ate it, I got a moodlet that said she ate a cure when she was healthy. I was confused as to why her appearance would change if she didnt' have an ailment. Looked in her simology panel and there was no indication of her having an ailment. I tried to reset her with cheats active, but nothing changed. I went to manage words and back to play her, but she still looks sick. Left the game and she looks fine in the main menu, but in life mode and in her save file she looks sick still. Repairing the game also doesn't resolve the issue. I play on PC but have had my mods disabled since before the pack was released and I have never dealt in CC. I have included a screenshot of her in life mode and the loading screen with her on it. Has anybody else dealt with this issue or just me?
