[GRO] [S] Treehouse Doesn't Change with the Seasons
Summer Fall I understand that some items remain unchanged with the seasons, such as decorative plants, but clearly this was an oversight, as other objects, like those in the image, can change with the seasons. The treehouse is a living tree; it doesn't make sense not to have it change with the seasons. It should be treated as a tree, tbh. It should have the leaves shed as well. [LD] [DU] Memorial Portraits/Graduation pictures show up blank
The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image. Extra Information: I'm on Windows 11 PC I'm on Version 1.117.227.1030 DX11 of the game. I don't have Journey to Batuu and Outdoor Retreat Game Packs, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio and Luxury Party Stuff Packs, Refined Living Room, First Fits, Industrial Loft, Courtyard Oasis, Country Kitchen, Throwback Fit and Fashion Street Kits. Found initially in a modded save, but I tested in a non modded new save and the issue still occured. Edit by crinrict There's a few similar issues now. One of the default noses has a facial glitch on kids
I noticed a kid in the Greenburg family has a weird facial glitch going on. After messing around with different categories for awhile I determined it is one of the default noses. It only affects kids, when I age this sim up or down he looks fine. And his mom (Nina Greenburg) looks fine unless you age her down to a kid and her face looks the same. I'm assuming this happened with the new update the other day because this wasn't happening before.Sim has beard in character selection bar. No beard assigned in CAS/gameplay
I have four sims in the household. One of them has a beared in the character selection bar at the bottom and occasionally in the sim selection area at the bottom w the moods/whims. They do not have this beard in CAS or Gameplay. It began when my sim started a romantic relationship w a sim with a beard. It began to look like the two sims were merged in beard and clothing in the sim selection area. This changed based on animations like “very inspired” she had a beard but for “happy” or “inspired” she was clean shaven lol. At this time her romantic bearded partner wasn’t in the household he is now in the household the issue is persisting in the character selection bar at the bottom of the screen. I removed all of my beard mods and that did not resolve the issue. There were no other Sims with facial hair in the house, so I thought maybe removing her partners would work and it did not. She is not appearing w facial hair in CAS or gameplay still in the attached pics you can see it looks like the graphics for her and her partner are merged he is a fairy sim. I will try to include pics for this. But what’s strange is even after I removed HIS facial hair, the affected sim is still showing with facial hair and the green collared shirt although distorted any idea what is causing this? Going to go through and sift through all the mods, figured I would need to at some point with the huge update but wanted some guidance on if anyone has seen this beforeMap
This games sweet to be honest. I love how often new “merch” is dropped. The only two things that hinder me from spending more time in game think is how repetitive the challenges are, and the map. The map is so dark and there’s way too much city, I feel too isolated. I spent majority of my times in the canyons, super ultra mega park, and the industrial area on skate 3. The least amount in the city by far. It just feels like you can literally find a skate spot no matter where you turn in skate. I’d rather have to explore and find spots, and do crazy stunts down a giant mountain. Physics are top notch so I want to point that out
UI flickering and flashing during normal gameplay
After the latest Sims 4 update, I'm getting a lot flickering and flashing when moving the mouse cursor between elements. This flickering and flashing is so frequent that it causes me headaches and prevents me from playing the game. Sometimes it can be as often as 20 flickers per minute. This flickering occurs many times per minute, at various parts of the screen and at different sizes, but often seems to be limited by the bounds or transform of some UI element. It occurs on the "World map household selection" menu (like Willow Creek and others) It occurs in the Gallery when navigating It occurs in playmode and buildmode without navigating the mouse over any of the elements. I'm running a Radeon RX 480 series card with driver 24.x.x (I am currently trying to update the driver and see if it resolves it, and forgot to note down the previous version number) I did not have this problem before the latest update.Photos are low quality/blurry/low resolution

Have a sim with 5 at photography. Buy a good camera and a stand for it so all conditions are perfect. Take a picture. What happens when the bug occurs? No matter the size of the photo, the picture is very low quality, blurry. This is an old bug that was already fixed once, but now it's back. What do you expect to see? Picture should have a higher quality if ALL my game options are maxed out. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them. Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure Please describe the patch or change you made. Some of the patches. This is an old bug that was already fixed once, but now it's back. Along with black-photo-bug, so maybe they are connected, maybe not. My pictures taken prior to this bug all look good. If my computer allows it and I have all the settings maxed out, I want to have pictures that look GOOD.Sims 4 Adventure Awaits bug/accidental swatch copy?
I've literally just brought adventure awaits, and I decided to start a new game. Not only does my sims faces glitch when I am trying to adjust their features, but I also noticed one of the new hairs has a copied hair swatch (one of the blonde swatches has also been used for the light brown swatch, will attach photos with my mouse over which swatches). I'm not sure if this is just an error or some sort of bug, but I am worried as I have literally just downloaded it and opened my game.
