Paintings From reference Overexposed
Hello! After the 5/12/2026 patch, I have noticed all of my existing reference paintings are suddenly overexposed. These paintings were already completed and hung on the walls prior to the patch. This is also applying to their copies that I keep in household inventories (due to the previous blank painting issue), as well as new copies made. It is difficult to tell at the moment as I am still experiment, but I think the exposure is ramped up on new reference paintings too. I am still trying to find screenshots that may include the paintings pre-patch, but attached are some of the washed out paintings. All three of these were previously fully defined and easy to read. I have attached the screenshots taken when the portraits were made as a light reference. I track the entire multigenerational family in this save with formal portraits so this is really stressful to see, despite not being game breaking. I really do not want to redo all of this family's paintings, especially since some of the sims have died at this point. I do use limited mods: MCCC and Better Build Buy. I keep both of these updated with every patch as well. Removing the mods does not change the issue.409Views38likes10CommentsColor inversion when switching menus
Whenever I switch from build mode to live mode or vice versa, this happens for a few seconds, then goes back to normal. I also see it once the plumbob stops moving on the startup screen. I have updated my graphics driver, color accessibility is turned off, HDR for games is not compatible with my computer, and my computer is up to date. I used to buy Dell only, and this never happened. Now I have a Lenovo LOQ, with Nvidia Geforce RTX 4050 because I was tired of Dell getting so hot to the touch. I was told to come here from Deaderpool's (MC Command Center) server support channels.Ui interface bug?

So, I am trying to download a lighting mod into my game, however, when I went to go look for the Data/Delta folders. I noticed i couldn't find them nor the The Sims 4 folder in the Program Files to get to those folders. I searched through the internet and everywhere said it would be in Program Files, but i can't find it at all. I also looked in the documents folder under The Sims 4 folder but it's not there either, just my mods, saves, and tray files. It seems no one else had this problem? I thought the EA App may have removed it, not needing it but all the instructions say to replace the file in the DATA folder (which I DO NOT have). The EA App says my game files are installed in C:\Program Files\EA App, but the only folder in it is The Sims 2 Legacy folder. Here's some photos: I also looked at my D drive and didn't find a folder there as well: I also, saw that going into game and saving, then exiting makes the folder pop up, however before I went to install the lighting mod, I was in game in one of my saves. I saved and exited before trying to install and by the looks of my saves folder, all my saves are there. I have no clue what to do but i really want my lighting mod bad in my game. I need to be able to have this folder. Plus I want The Sims 4 folder to actually be in the EA Games folder.Door to Verratti in Gullcrest is very sticky
Took a video of the bug and where it can be found. Basically, there seems to be wall geometry that's invisible from the street or sidewalk where the player would see it, but is solid once passed through, trapping your ragdoll against the door, but letting the "player" roam free. Has a very strange "electrified door" effect. It's fun to play around with though, you can get some good launches from it. You can recreate the bug by simply walking up against the door off your board, and trying to walk back away from the door. Throwing down your board will cause you to bail immediately, and sometimes rather violently. Playing on PC through Steam. RTX 2060, i7-11700F, 16GB Ram 2133 MT/s. Let me know if you want more footage or different angles, I'll get whatever you need.[PS4/XB1] Smudged tattoos, blurred make-up in Live Mode
The Tattoo Meshs on PS4 consoles are broken for approx half the base game tattoos and have been blurry for, like, 4 years. I was really hoping for a bug fix considering you've just dropped a tattoo game pack. I refuse to buy a tattoo pack while the base game tattoos remain blurry with messed up meshes. You really should have fixed this issue 4 years ago, and certainly before you released more tattoo content. Please do something to fix this.
