Need Help: My 240Hz Monitor Is Stuck at 60Hz on PS5
Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me understand what’s going on. I recently bought a new gaming monitor that supports up to 240Hz, but whenever I connect my PS5 and try to play FIFA, the refresh rate seems to be capped at 60Hz. I’m not sure if this is normal for FIFA or if I’m missing a setting somewhere. It’s a bit confusing because the monitor itself is definitely capable of 240Hz, so I was expecting a higher refresh rate in-game. If anyone has experience with this or can point me toward the correct settings or a helpful guide, I’d really appreciate it. Any advice or links would mean a lot. Thanks in advance!
Many issues not happy
My key you sent didnt work, in the game it glitches when passing especially a through ball, I theatric of the beginning of your match it glitches when going to live play. I mypro sometimes froze when looking at emails and when doing training drills. There's more but I have this so far. ThanksGood amount of bugs but fun
A good amount of bugs during the play test (was to be expected) but really fun.. I enjoyed the aspect of queuing up for events and while waiting having the ability to watch like in the neighborhood. The only thing I wasn't a complete fan of was the cost of everything in the stores. But cant expect everything for "free". I was sent a code for the FC playtest, and it worked for about an hour or two, but when I went to play more the next day, all that was there was a message that stated "The EA Sports FC Playtest is currently unavailable. Please check your invite e-mail for more details on when the playtest will be available." I thought that would resolve itself but it hasn't after a few days and it looks like I'm not the only one with this problem. The second issue is that I was going to put all of this in the survey that was sent out earlier today but when I clicked the link to fill it out it said "The maximum number of responses for this group has been met." And again it looks like I am not the only one with this problem. Would love to know if anyone knows more about this and if we can get any info about possible fixes for both problems.
