Which platform are you playing on?

• PC: If the game doesn’t appear in your library, please restart the EA app or Steam client. If it’s still missing, try clearing the client’s cache: EA app / Steam
• Xbox: Go to My Games & Apps > Demos > Free with Xbox.
• PlayStation: The download option should appear immediately after you redeem the code.
• Nintendo Switch: The download should begin automatically after you redeem the code.

But I had already entered the code without actually installing the program; when I quit without installing it, the next time I tried, it said I had already used the code—even though I hadn't installed it.

Yes, the installation option appeared after I entered the code, but I chose not to install it right away. Now, when I enter the code again, it says I’ve already used it, even though I haven't installed anything.

Trying to enter the code again won't work yeah, since it's been redeemed once it won't work a second time even on the same account. This is intended.
