No Chat or officer commands

Hi there,

If you haven't already, could you please restart your game/device and check if chat is working for you again after this?

I have done that multiple times. Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. 

From the Main Menu, could you to to Settings -> Chat Settings and toggle the answers you have for "Guild Announcements" and "Receive Chat Invited From". After this, please restart and check again.

I don’t even have an option for chat settings. I have a screenshot, but reply window doesn’t give me an option to post it. 

that is the same with me and i am a officer
