It seems that in the Order 66 raid if Hondo escapes the battle he can be reused in a future battle.

Hi there,
I believe this is working as expected and works similarly for other characters who can escape during raids (e.g. Mon Mothma and wat Tambor).
I know in legacy raids that was the behavior, however with Endor it was decided that C-3PO escaping was bad, so I just thought I would report it in
