I just bought Dragon Age: I recently, and i have problems to play with friends
I tried to play the game via Steam, but when i invited my friends to play, they can't join to my server, and we tried in quick match, but nothing changed. And then show de window message of "Connection Lost". How can i play online with friends? I really want to play this game. Cannot Refund Newly Purchased Dragon Age II and No Support Available
Hello, I just purchased Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition on the EA App and I would like to request a refund. However, it is simply unbelievable that your refund tool has been broken — my refund request keeps getting stuck on the final step and just keeps loading endlessly. On top of that, the report form does not even list Dragon Age II as an option, so I had no choice but to select Dragon Age: Inquisition instead. After writing the entire request carefully, I was then told that customer service does not handle this issue. So what am I supposed to do to get my refund? How can I request a refund for a game that your system won’t allow me to select, and a refund tool that won’t even submit the request? For reference: the actual game I need a refund for is Dragon Age II: Ultimate Edition, Order #1008226783083. I am fully eligible for a refund, and I don’t want to keep a game I do not need just because of a system malfunction. Please help me complete this refund. Thank you.DA2 DLC Not Working
I purchased Dragon Age 2 Ultimate Edition off Steam back in the summer, when the annual Steam Summer Sale was going on. Ultimate Edition means that it came with all the DLCs, including the 3 extra story ones (The Exiled Prince, Mark of the Assassin, Legacy). I was prompted to make an EA account, did so, and then booted up the game. After logging in for a second time in the game, I checked the downloadable content tab. From the story DLC to the extra packs and trinkets, everything was said to be installed. I started the game, and didn’t focus on this aspect until I reached Act 2. Well, I have now hit a wall. None of the DLC seems to be available, no matter what I do. My home has none of the extra items mentioned, I cannot access the story DLCs. I’ve logged in and out of my account in the game, didn’t change a thing. EA’s proven to be absolutely 0 help, and I can’t even find a concrete answer online. So has anyone run into this problem and been able to fix it? I didn’t pay much for the game, but I’d still like my money’s worth considering I’m playing this game in order to experience the entire series.
Dragon Age 2 DLC not installing.
Hi everyone, I own the Dragon Age 2 Ultimate Edition on steam. I come across to EA to play it, as they make you do, and I can install the base game and play however not the DLC. I go to "Manage Add-ons" then press download. It gets to 96% and says "installation failure. I've tried every single solution I can google but please tell me your fix because at this point I'm just a girl, standing in front of her computer, begging it to download properly. Thank you.
