Theres nothing to do?
Why keep asking for feedback when you’ve listened to nothing that literally EVERY player has been begging for for years? You can’t even progress at your own pace, you finish all the boring easy challenges and have to wait for them to refresh the next day! Into the same soulless boring challenges on repeat! No story mode, fine. Didn’t listen to what anyone wanted and gave us an AI bot instead of pros, fine. But where are the game modes? Where is hall of meat? Where is skate? Where are death races? Where are any of the online MODES? Where is the mega park at lesst? Also regarding customisation why can’t we even get jewellery, tattoos, decide how to wear hats & hoods etc. everything we had on old skate games. The actual gameplay and physics is great but EVERYTHING IS MISSING!! Sorry but we waited 15 years for this game, this feels unacceptable.
Idea: Left Stick Forwards Could Tuck Legs in the Air
This is a suggestion that I thought about since I have Left Stick Forwards to Pump enabled; if my skater crouches down based on how much I move the stick on flat, then why can't he do the same in the air? The way I imagine it is that it would only work shortly after the board is caught after a flip trick as a sort of "high catch" to clear tall ledges or whatever and it'd look visually distinct from a Boned Ollie. There's already a bit of precedence for this kinda thing thanks to Sideways Ollie Control existing in the options, so I think it would be cool if this or something better could be implemented.
INDIVIDUAL Customization for Wheels and Trucks!
First, I have to say I'm hyped about EA's new skateboarding game. Seeing it all come to life is a childhood dream come true all over again! While I was imagining the tricks and customization of my skater, an idea came to me that I think would take customization to another level: the option to customize each wheel and truck individually. Imagine the creative potential: For the Wheels: We could create unique setups, with two wheels of one color and the other two of another, or even create a color gradient. It would be an incredible way to make our skateboard truly unique and personal. For the Trucks: The same logic! How about trucks of different colors on each side? Or matching the truck color to the grip tape or shoe color? The details make all the difference. Just as we can customize shoes, decks, and other parts individually, having this level of control over the wheels and trucks would be amazing for everyone's creative expression. I know it may seem like a small detail, but for us customization fans, it would be an absolute game-changer. The community is already creating incredible designs, and this tool would give them even more tools to do so. Who else would love to see this option in the game? Give us a "+1," comment, or share ideas for designs you'd create if this feature existed! Let's show EA how much the community wants it!Where are the flags? We need more country-themed customization!
Man, I've been messing around with the game's customization options for ages and I'm missing something. Between all the band t-shirts, designer logos, and abstract stuff, where's the love for national flags and identities? Think about it: isn't the idea of a deck with the vibrant colors of Brazil awesome? An oversized t-shirt with the deconstructed Japanese flag? Or a sweatshirt with the aesthetics of Italy or South Korea? The answer is probably no, and that's intriguing as hell. In a universe that thrives on subculture, rebellion, and self-expression, why is national identity—which is full of meaning, history, and cool visuals—always left out? It's not about politics, it's about representing our origins or just enjoying a cool design. Just imagine: a deck with a Mexican theme, or a cap with the colors of Jamaica. It would be a much more authentic customization than just another generic logo. Famous skateboarding and streetwear brands would love this vibe—it would be a creative goldmine. Do the devs think it's controversial? But hey, we don't want a fight, we want style and expression. Skateboarding has always been about finding yourself on the board and in your look. Considering i got BANNED from Skate 3 on PS3 This IS AMAZING THANKS FOR MAKING IT FREE 😂Besides the fact that i cant Talk in game....... audio would be nice instead of discord lol but its cool other than that its no diffrent from skate 3 and the gameplay is amazing! shouts out to the Devs and Playtesters they are cool i think this is top 2 games on my channel. AND NOT THE TWO.. but yes if i could say something bad it would be AUDIO. but its cool i Stream and i cant have music playing but the interactions would be alot easier if we could talk. do you agree?Big fan of you guys
Hello there I freaking love the game i feel like a kid again thanks to you guys but there is couple issues please fix it first issue is im having low frames on xbox series x and please add more cool songs i like to feel cool while skating and there is one more issue please dont be greedy and add a lot of micro transactions and skins like Fortnite please dont ruin the game with greed like Fortnite and other bad games and there is one other issue where the hell is the first cutscenes there is no cool famous skater and funny first scenes that felt like mtv 2000s show i love everything about the game but if you do that and fix it it will be awesome thank you guys for your hard work and add more hair styles thank you!!!!This game is so sick.
I absolutely love how every time there is an update, I have to redownload the game, remake my character, lose all of my prog, and get forced into a tutorial for a game that I've been playing since I was 12. Its so fun and in no way making me never want to touch this game ever again.Skate early access feedback
Hello! So far I’ve played for about 5-6 hours straight since early access launched and it finished downloading. Currently I’m at level 5 for hedgemont and level 1 for gullcrest. I know this is going to be worked on over time but I’d really like to see more clothing and customization options; for example in skate 3 we could customize our own clothing to have custom colors based on the cmyk scale built in with the games character creator, and I think that would be awesome to bring back. Another thing is that I’d like to see more hair colors and maybe eye colors? If the game’s gonna be goofy and ridiculous anyways then why not have some fun eye and hair colors? Also id love to have some goth clothing options or maybe some free banners with pride flags so that players can express themselves and celebrate how they identify. Also please add more grip tape colors and designs, and maybe allow us to have free placement over the stickers on our boards, it would be really cool to try and remake my real life board where I have an enjoi sticker under my trucks or along the edges. I’ve been liking the game so far but I’m hoping the environment will be a little grittier over time, maybe some trashed street grates or dumpsters to grind and trick over. There are so many things I’d love for you guys to add but this probably won’t be seen by the developers but I’m pleading and begging with all my heart, please please if someone does see this and can add at least one idea over time, more customization and shirt options for each piece if possible like button downs, flannels, more skirt and shorts options, more socks, hoodies with adjustable hoods like in skate 3, and maybe more crop tops or tied shirts? I really want my skater to look like a skater and not just a girl that waltzed out of a really poorly stocked zumiez store. Anyway… thank you for making skate. At first I was skeptical but it’s really fun once you give it a shot, the core gameplay has felt pretty good but some challenges are **bleep** near impossible. TLDR: please add more clothing and customization options + colors and styles, and please adjust the geometry collision physics for some larger sky dive drop in challenges. Thank you Skate. Devs
