How do I recover my progress on an android device with my player ID?
My android device decided to stop charging without warning. I was able to partially restore with what little power I had... I got a screenshot of my player ID. Logging back into the play store did not restore my progress... TBH, I don't recall if my current play store email is the same as my old one. I can see this is a global bug. The problem is the daily free gems, ads, pinata party, arena gauntlet, penny pursuit fuel, shopping cart. We all get these from watching the daily ads. The daily ads are not working. The reason for this problem is a few weeks ago during the global update, all the settings were screwed up causing lost plants and lost progress and the game defaulted back to tutorial and a new profile (User Dave etc) was created. Then some of you may have reported and got back your profile and progress back with some glitches. However ALL the daily benefits (daily ads) are tagged to the USER DAVE PROFILE and not your original profile!! (Trying playing as USER DAVE in your phone and you see the ads working fine there). As for me, I have 4 other useless profiles now and the daily ad benefits are tagged there. Aparently only the expert EA IOS Mobile Gaming Special Forces A-Team can fix this and you cannot get direct access to them. You can only type here and hope they read it and fix it. So i hope they read it and fix it here. As for me, please delete all the USER DAVE profiles and tag all the daily ad benefits back to my 10 year profile (Steven C). That is the root cause of the problem and that is the FIX. To all PVZ2 fans, if my problem ever gets fixed, I will post the EA HERO PROGRAMMER that helped do it.Restoring Black screen
Had to reinstall PVZ2 with constant freezing. My ID came back but none of my points. I registered the account following the YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6X_EnMKZ5Zo I got to the page confirming which account, only account,( 5:44 on the video). When I clicked on it the screen goes blank/black. I never get back to the page that says that I'm registered. I let it alone for 10 minutes with no change, just black screen. I have to force stop it and then when I start it again its back at the page asking me to confirm which account. I uninstalled it and reloaded from Google and this time it had another ID but when I tried to register it the same issue happened. Which account, then black screen. Android v15 One UI 7.0 Any body got any ideas. My son has 1000's of hours and $ on this game?
Broken Data Update - Can't play Arena or Penny's Pursuit
When I opened PVZ2 this morning to use my arena freeplay and beat this cycle's zomboss for seeds/gems, I got the in-game data update push, but every time I try to have it installed it stops and fails around 2/3 of the way through the installation. I saw this issue was happening about a year and a half ago, so it looks like it's a repeat of what was going on back then, with a timestamp in the data update being incorrect causing it to break. I've attached images of where the download stops, and the message it displays once the download fails. For context I am running the game on a Google Pixel 8 Pro, this bug might be limited to Android currently but since I don't own an Apple device I have no way to know otherwise.I can't open the game
I played the game a while ago on a different phone but since then I have gotten a new one ( a revvl 6x 5g) and decided to redownload it, however since downloading it won't open at all, like it'll get as far are going to the choose your age screen for a few seconds and then crash, and won't open or do anything. Is there a way fix this? The most recent post I've found is from a few years ago and I've tried everything from restarting my phone, redownloading, clearing storage and all that.
PvZ2 Game Progress Lost After Update – iOS
Every time PVZ2 updates, my entire game progress is erased, and I’m forced to start from the tutorial. What Happened: I installed PVZ2 and started playing. After an update, the game reset to the tutorial page, and all my progress was gone. I reinstalled the game and started over, but after the next update, my progress was wiped again. This has happened multiple times now. Why does my game reset after update, and how can I stop this from happening?
I lost my progression and the customer service is so bad
I logined to my account with my email on my new iPad to hope that I could have my progress continue. And now I’m stuck at beginning of the game forever. I report this issue to the EA customer service on Jan 27th 2025, until now I got just an auto reply “we will investigate into it” and it’s done. This is such a bad customer service. i think this is a very serious issue for all the players like me played game for several years and spent hundreds of dollars on the game. But seems like to them it’s just a customer service ticket. i want to get my money back now! I don’t trust EA anymore
