PvZ2 GLOBAL PROBLEM - I know WHY and I know how EA Can Fix it

I can see this is a global bug. The problem is the daily free gems, ads, pinata party, arena gauntlet, penny pursuit fuel, shopping cart. We all get these from watching the daily ads. The daily ads are not working. The reason for this problem is a few weeks ago during the global update, all the settings were screwed up causing lost plants and lost progress and the game defaulted back to tutorial and a new profile (User Dave etc) was created. Then some of you may have reported and got back your profile and progress back with some glitches. However ALL the daily benefits (daily ads) are tagged to the USER DAVE PROFILE and not your original profile!! (Trying playing as USER DAVE in your phone and you see the ads working fine there). As for me, I have 4 other useless profiles now and the daily ad benefits are tagged there. Aparently only the expert EA IOS Mobile Gaming Special Forces A-Team can fix this and you cannot get direct access to them. You can only type here and hope they read it and fix it. So i hope they read it and fix it here. As for me, please delete all the USER DAVE profiles and tag all the daily ad benefits back to my 10 year profile (Steven C). That is the root cause of the problem and that is the FIX. To all PVZ2 fans, if my problem ever gets fixed, I will post the EA HERO PROGRAMMER that helped do it.
