Dear Anthem...
A letter from a simple player.. I know many have accepted that it will cease to function in January of next year, but I haven't. This was something I needed to write and resubmit in this category.. not just as a player, but as someone who feels deeply about to this world I feel like talking about Anthem, from my own experience with it, from what it makes me feel. From the most sincere part of myself Knowing that its servers will shut down on January 12, 2026, has undoubtedly created a kind of pain in my soul, a pain that is hard to process, hard to accept…... Not because it will end... But because of what this magnificent video game could have been I know that EA and BioWare see anthem as a game that didn’t meet the expectations that were set........ But for some of us.... Anthem was not just a game, it was art in its purest form.....It is sad to know that such a living world, so well crafted, so vast, will be permanently shut down… after so many experiences… this is truly heartbreaking. It hurts to know that it will disappear... not just because of its world, but because of the small details that made me feel like I was really there… I’ll miss the sound of the southern lapwings and the parrots that flew over Fort Tarsis, the feeling of walking through the markets, the sunset, the daylight,, the landscapes that truly looked like they were pulled out of a dream...... I know not many saw, or understood, the art in anthem, But some of us did. And when that world shuts down, a part of our own stories will fade with it. ...It’s very sad to accept that it will vanish as if it never existed... And you know....... Anthem...... Anthem, to me, is not just a game... To me, it’s a reflection of something deeper: a promise that once seemed enormous, with a beautiful world full of potential, but that ended up being rejected and forgotten by a large part of the gaming community... And that's where I feel that in this abandonment, something speaks to me personally... because sometimes, in life, you also feel like that: with big dreams, with a desire to shine, but for different reasons, they don’t come true or are left in the background…... .. That’s why losing Anthem hurts more than losing just a game to me — to me… and to many, it’s like losing a symbol, a part of hope and beauty that walked alongside me, and for that reason, I don’t want it to disappear in silence, because I know that for many like me, Anthem is... art, is emotion, is a living world that deserves a proper, heartfelt ending, dear Electronic Arts and BioWare. “You’re not truly gone when you leave — only when you’re forgotten” Thank you for reading, I hope you’re all doing well and having a good day – Astor Mendez (If my letter contains grammatical errors, I apologize; it was originally written in Basque, my English is irregular)

Hey all, I was just curious. It's been a bit over a year now since the game shut down but, I dont recall the reasoning for it? I know I-- as im sure many players were-- was quite sad when it was shutting down. Not mad. Sad. I love LotR. Period. The game was fun. Kinda hoping EA gives it another go down the line?

Hello, to whom this may concern, Today, I am reaching out to the EA team to inquire about the possibility of downloading the Command Conquer games on a Mac. Today, 25 August 2025, this is possible. However, from what I can gather, I need to download mods and use third-party services to play this fan favorite childhood memory game. One day soon, thanks to the EA Developers and team, this game will become available on Mac, allowing me to play and bring back heartwarming memories that would make my day even more enlightening. I’m encountering a bug on the Bejeweled Classic iPhone app regarding banner ads. While playing zen mode, I typically listen to music or a podcast simultaneously through another app. The issue is that each time the banner ad changes, it will pause the music/podcast, like an override. It only seems to happen with certain ads or groups of ads. I’m able to play both game and music uninterrupted for a while until these specific ads show up. Please fix this - I love bejeweled but I also want to listen to my music at the same time.Missing iPad games (Glu Mobile)
Since Glu is a subsidiary of EA as of 2021, I would like to post my concerns that the Kim Kardashian Hollywood and Hotel Dash games are not available on the App Store since they aren’t based on the new iOS architecture. I hope that the appropriate teams are able to give fans like myself the games they are so enthusiastic about given they carry a lot of nostalgia and entertainment value.
