I want my deleted sims back.
It’s not fair I’ve gotten attached to these sims and have spent real money on them and their development. I’ve been playing over 10 years and never once did anything crash, bug out or not work because I had too many sims. If this can’t be fixed very soon you’re going to lose another player that has spent hundreds on the game and was happy to in the past. If my game were to crash out because of the amount of sims I had that would be on me to delete them on my own.
Need to 27 unlock RTBs, Should've Started from Bonus Showdown (STS Glass Cacti)
I completed the Glass Cacti Sweet Treat Showdown during its initial run so I should've started from the Bonus Sweet Treat Showdown this time. Instead, my app says I still need open 27 Royal Treat Boxes in the standard STS. I've had it erroneously start from the standard STS instead of from the Bonus STS in the past, but it was always less than 4 from either box. Needing to re-unlock 2 or 3 of each is annoying but I haven't complained about it because I figured it was a stop-gap fix to ensure users don't completely miss out on the Bonus STS (which I did have happen once 😡). 27 Royal Treat Boxes and zero Sweet Treat Boxes is clearly an error. Also when I view the Royal Treat Box prizes, it shows that I've unlocked 13 of 18 possible prizes, but says I've unlocked 13 of 40. Here is proof that I have the Grand Prizes unlocked: t Luxe Kit items — which all have 6 of 10 swatches unlocked — placed on a lot.Unable to Make Purchases – Payment Never Starts (iOS / App Store)
Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with in-game purchases in The Sims Mobile. Whenever I try to buy a pack, I get this message: “Please restart the game to continue the transaction.” The issue is that the payment process never actually starts with the App Store — my payment method is not charged at all. It seems the game fails to even initiate the transaction. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? Thanks in advance!Deleted sims after update
My game updated a few minutes ago and 8 of my sims are gone. I've been playing this game for more than 10 years and would like my sims back this is very annoying. As I've paid real and game money to invest into these sims. Especially the 2 infant sims l'd recently added to my game. If I can't get by sims back my money should be returned as I invested alot into the 9 day pregnancy challengeIs EA Forums a waste of our time?
Is it just me, or does it seem like all us sims freeplay players are ignored whenever we give honest feedback about the game. Seems to me, any and all complaints about this game are ignored, or at least the devs seem to not care to change any of the areas of the game that are repeatedly complained about. The forums is supposed to be a place where we can start discussions about our gameplay experiences and give feedback about the game so the devs can make the game better. They even send us feedback surveys every update and even those do nothing to inspire changes for the better to be made. Are we just wasting our time giving feedback? They need to make many adjustments in this game for years and for years they just keep ignoring us players and keep rolling out new content rather than making the changes everyone has been asking for. What's the point then right, why even bother coming here to discuss the game and changes that would better the game players experience? Give this discussion a thumbs up if you agree and don't forget to hit that like button too... Hello, I’m unable to select my Daily Rewards. After clicking on the mailbox, it takes me the Check-in Rewards (which work fine), but I’m unable to select the Daily Rewards tab. I recently redownloaded the game after not playing for several years. I have an iOS device and the issue constantly happens. Thanks!
