Notifications on ios
Hi i am unable to get notifications when a hobby task is complete or when an event task is complete. I am getting notifications about the community marketplace and the daily rewards but thats it. My game notifications are turned on and i checked the settings on the ipad/iphone and they are turned on but still nothing. Any help will be appreciated?
I can’t purchase anything on TSM
I’ve been trying to make purchases on the sims mobile and it won’t allow me to do so at all. It keeps saying transaction in progress and to restart the game . I have done that soooooooo many times and the transactions are not coming/going through. I’ve removed my payment method and re-added the payment method. I’ve also tried an alternate payment method. I’ve even deleted the entire app and reinstalled it just in case. I’ve even tried purchasing something different, just to be sure that it’s not just that particular product , but it’s all the products that I cannot purchase. PLEASE HELP ME. I’m getting overwhelmed and frustrated.

Fixed an issue that corrupted the object texture of the Strobe Light when it was switched on, in both enhanced and classic lighting modes. Fixed an issue that removed cats' shadows at the Pet Store, Pet Salon, and Influence Island. Fixed an issue that removed the lighting effect from 'White Framed Trio' in both enhanced and classic lighting modes. Not getting daily rewards
Hello, my daily rewards tab has been greyed out since I came back to playing over a week ago. I contacted support they said to try uninstalling and reinstalling which I’ve done multiple times yet it hasn’t fixed. They said there was no issue with my account after they checked and that my rewards ‘will be back soon’ yet they’re not. I have VIP 3 so I feel I’ve missed out on lots of daily cakes. I have no idea what else I can do to try and fix this.Can’t place elevator at the cafe to start spy career
When I go to the cafe, I have no option to place the elevator to start the spy career. The quest shows up in my inbox telling me to place the elevator, but it still won’t let me. I’ve tried restarting my device, deleting and redownloading the app, I even retired my character and made a new one to see if a blank slate was needed for the character.
