Daily Reward bogs (Sims Freeplay)

Ive missed some days without joining the sims and the daily rewards didn’t reset and now i just have the last reward constantly…

I have a problem, is this a bug?
Even though Christmas event is over, my snowman hasn't disappeared and remains there today, but only in one place. The snowman is in a modern manor type house in the standard residence.
