All of my data is gone!

So I linked my Facebook page to my sims FreePlay game and got my teen to do the same in their game so we could visit each others towns. I went to see how it worked and did not think much of it when it asked me to pick one of my teens sims to go to the town. I tried to leave but instead my town is now my teens town and I can’t find mine anywhere. I deleted the game and tried to re download using the cloud save but it saved itself and even now it wants me to use my teens details. Is there any way to get my town or should I just delete the game even though I have been playing it for a few years 😭
