Sweet Allure not so sweet. Just recycled CAS items from other packs
HOW is this acceptable? I know this creator rehashes and re-does this on their website/patreon, but I never thought you'd even allow something like this to let a creator frankenmesh clothing. It's not enough we have this happen in packs with objects and other CAS items, but now it's acceptable with creator packs? A CAS focused kit that one thinks is bringing some new and unique pieces but in reality they don't. Players paying real money for this official content when they can get this for free from the same CC creator that frankenmesh clothing with being a patreon or not. There is such a huge skill gap in comparison to other creators that make their own items. Examples? Dream home decorator top. Even the textures themselves are the same. Sleeves for the top is also from Crystal Creations that another user pointed out for me. Sweet Allure shirt on the left with the base game cardigan on the right and below Perfect Patio stuff shirt. Sweet allure high-waisted pants and Love Struck jeans. It's all so blatantly obvious in a in your face way it's such so disappointing. Is ANYTHING in this pack even original? Would not have had bought this otherwise. It's not acceptable for players to be getting this. How can I trust buying anything from this company anymore? It's literally gotten to a breaking point where these shady practices just don't fly. Indefinitely not buying anything anymore until this is rectified. Do better with this.
Charged twice for kit
I bought the sweet allure kit today and was charged twice, originally it wouldn't let me download the kit and kept saying to purchase it. I was able to fix that issue by logging out of the EA app and back in but I was still charged twice for the kit. I have both email confirmations of the purchases but can't find anyway to get the second one refunded.
What the **bleep** is going on EA...
Last night I keep getting inconsistent "Error:0" messages rendering the game incapable of saving (but then sometimes it would work), "Unable to connect to server" to upload to my gallery (but sometimes it would work), and some other crazy-**bleep** message about EA checking for game updates in the background for new stuff. I repaired my game, removed all my mods, cleaned out every cache, and when I go to re-boot the home page is showing me some household I've never played and where the household income dollar amount should be, it showed a bunch "W"s criss-crossing and overlapping. My entire saved game was wiped and I can't recover the back-up files I have. I reached out for support via chat and Ricco tells me there's no issues that have been submitted by their studio team. Oh yeah? Then why are the forums and X blowing up with people having the exact same issues as me?! I repeat, WHAT THE **bleep** IS GOING ON EA?!?!! I've given you how much money over the last few years? You all should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! I WANT A REFUND FOR EVERY GAME IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A CONSISTENTLY WORKING PRODUCT!!!!!!!
Forever Free Packs for Everyone
Sims 4 is already a 10-year-old game with around like 90 packs. And new packs will continue to be released for many years. Inzoi, with $40 (1 ep price we have 16 of them), might be able to cover 70-80 of these 90 packs, and with the base game without DLCs, they'll likely complete the missing ones within 1-2 years. I think Sims should adjust some of the older packs to be permanently free to prevent losing in the competition and keep players engaged. For example, packs like Seasons, Cats and Dogs expansion pack, and in game packs Get to Work could be free. If they make 2-3 packs from each pack type free, it would be great for new players, and they can complete the rest without pirating. By the way, I have almost all of the Sims packs. For those who already have these packs, the upcoming kits could be available for free for a month, similar to the Desert Luxe kit they gave for free when Sims 4 became free.Upcoming Newborn + Infant Update??
Did you notice that babies' thumbnails have changed? It's been about like 5-6 months around storybook nursery kit release time, and it might be related to the fact that newborns and infants can be updated in the near future. They've probably moved the newborns higher up in the frame, revealing more of their bodies. Previously, only their heads were visible, but now their bellies can also be seen. Maybe swaddling blankets and pacifiers might be coming for them. I hope default baby onesie will be updated too because current green outfit with butterfly looks so bad.Your SIMS 4 2025-2026 Wishlists ?
