My game has infinite loading screens and sometimes doesn't even work?
So uhm, my first post in here cause the EA Help cases thing is not working for me, it said Wait time 2 minutes and it's been 2 days, so.. Anyway, I have two main issues? I play with mods and CC, btw When I'm trying to load the game, I can load into the main menu just fine, but the minute I try to open my save (I only have one, I play with one household), it puts me on the world map. Okay, that's fine, because I saved with one of my Sims on another location that's not the house. Maybe it's because of that, right? Well, I don't know, but I don't think so. If I'm playing without any mods or CC, the loading screen to load either of my Sims just goes on forever. I can hear the music that means it's finished loading, but it keeps going. And it's not just a bit, it would continue forever if I didn't close the game. And if I'm playing with mods and/or CC, it doesn't load at all. It tells me "Error code: 102:6bdda9ee:b8d6a9e4. It is recommended that your relaunch the game." I saw another post here that said it was a corrupted save, but is there any way it could be something else? I'm really attached to this family and I don't wanna lose everything? I've tried repairing and redownloading the game, and even the entire EA app. It's not working. Help??
Pack problem
I linked my EA and steam account and for some reason it is showing that I own all of the packs, but it won’t let me download them when I go in to try to play with a household that uses the packs I have it says they’re not downloaded I am sure I own all of them as I checked my receipts I do When I go in from steam and try to play. It does the same thingHalf my packs are unavailable ingame
I play on PS5(PS4 before)....I was allways using the same account. All of the sudden I realized that literally 20 of my packs/kits arent available ingame. All of them are installed and Playstation displays them as installed but ingame in cas or buy/build filters they just say "You dont own this content". I tried multiple times fully reinstalling and starting a new game, nothing helps. All of those packs were bought with same PSN. 20 Packs rly isnt so little money and I seem to not be able to regain access to them. EDIT: AFTER Resubscribing to EA Access, and reinstalling game once again fully, everything showed up magically as available. EA you should somewhere rly write that this is how it works.
[PS/XB] Cursor is missing
Can’t save my game. When I switch to needs etc game sends me to load screen. Cursor disappears so I can’t even scroll or play when the save option works which is like 10% of the time. Spent sooo much money on this game and being unable to play is disappointing. Please fix soon!!!! Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit bug report at AHQ

Add-ons wan't show in game
So I just tried to launch my game. It says all my 7 add-ons are installed, and no problems or updates. I then launch the game, and something is missing, my add-ons.... well 6,5 of them, for some reason it will only show a few items from one add-on. I tried to repair the game, but the game keep on saying that I don't have the add-ons anymore, butt the EA-app says they are all installed. I dont have mods or cc, only basegame, and kits/stuff packs that have been free to install at some point.
My Sims 4 household saves are gone after the update from February 25th 2025
I updated my game earlier this evening. Only to start the game up and find that my household I was playing with on the 24th of February is gone. I checked my saves folder on my computer and it is still there, but nowhere to be found when I load the game. the Sims 4 seems to act like I've never played the game before. I do play with mods and made sure to update them before launching the game as well as taking them out completely before updating the game. I'm honestly not sure what to do. I don't want to lose my save because I have been playing with this family for 3 generations and I have worked really hard to get this family to where they are. If anyone has any ideas on what to do please let me know. I would really like to get this save working again.
