Forever Free Packs for Everyone
Sims 4 is already a 10-year-old game with around like 90 packs. And new packs will continue to be released for many years. Inzoi, with $40 (1 ep price we have 16 of them), might be able to cover 70-80 of these 90 packs, and with the base game without DLCs, they'll likely complete the missing ones within 1-2 years. I think Sims should adjust some of the older packs to be permanently free to prevent losing in the competition and keep players engaged. For example, packs like Seasons, Cats and Dogs expansion pack, and in game packs Get to Work could be free. If they make 2-3 packs from each pack type free, it would be great for new players, and they can complete the rest without pirating. By the way, I have almost all of the Sims packs. For those who already have these packs, the upcoming kits could be available for free for a month, similar to the Desert Luxe kit they gave for free when Sims 4 became free.3.4KViews12likes31CommentsSkateboarding & Scooters in The Sims?🤔🛹
Imagine this: Your Sim grabs their board, throws on a beanie, and heads out to the local skatepark o grind rails, land kick-flips, and cruise around on a scooter. With rollerblading already in the game, expaning into skateboarding and scootering feels like he next natural (and totally rad) step! Brining back that early 90s- 2000s skate culture- with its bold fashion and rebellious freedom- could give sims a whole new way to express themselves. Think halfpipes, skate shoes, baggy jeans, graphic tees, and a "Thrill Seeker" trail. Let's roll into modern nostalgia and give out Sims a reason to shred! Who else wants to see their Sims shred or nail a gnarly kick-flip? Drop a comment "Scooter" or "Skateboard" in the replies!18Views1like2Commentsdownloaded game and packs will not run to play
I recently downloaded the game and all expansion packs I own, every time I go to play it loads to a blank white screen. I have no mods, and plenty of storage. My wifi is weak in the area where computer is but I have the ext in the same room and running on either helps none.Cross-Platform DLC Transfers for The Sims 4
Dear Reader, As a dedicated Sim player for over 18 years, I genuinely love and enjoy the game. While I've occasionally been frustrated by some updates (or the lack thereof), nothing has been more disheartening than the inability to transfer purchased packs across platforms. I currently play on PlayStation but have been considering switching to PC/Mac for greater convenience, especially when traveling. However, I was shocked to discover that the significant investment I've made in The Sims 4 content—over $1,400 across expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, and kits—would not carry over to a new platform. This limitation is both frustrating and discouraging for loyal players like myself. What is the point of having an EA account if it doesn't provide the flexibility to access purchased content across platforms? The idea of repurchasing the same DLC content for another $1,400 is unreasonable and alienating to devoted fans. Allowing cross-platform pack transfers would offer more advantages than drawbacks: Player Loyalty and Customer Appreciation: The Sims franchise thrives on its passionate and loyal player base. Allowing cross-platform pack transfers would show that EA values and appreciates its most dedicated players. Increasing Player Engagement: Players are more likely to engage with the game on multiple platforms when their content carries over. This flexibility enhances the player experience, encouraging greater long-term involvement in the game. Consistency with Industry Trends: Cross-platform play and transferable purchases are becoming industry standards. Major gaming companies such as Epic Games, Microsoft, and Ubisoft have embraced this model, making it easier for players to access their content across different devices. EA should follow suit to remain competitive and player-focused. Convenience for Players on the Go: Gaming isn't confined to a single device anymore. Many players, myself included, would love to play The Sims 4 while traveling or on road trips by simply hotspotting a laptop to a phone. Without cross-platform content, this becomes nearly impossible for console players. Protection Against Piracy: The current system inadvertently encourages players to seek unauthorized ways to access their paid content on other platforms. Offering a legitimate solution for transferring packs would reduce the incentive for piracy. Increased DLC Sales: Players who have the flexibility to use their packs across platforms are more likely to continue purchasing new content rather than feeling alienated by platform restrictions. Improved Customer Satisfaction: Happy customers are more likely to recommend the game and remain loyal to the franchise. Allowing pack transfers would address a significant pain point for many players, fostering a more positive relationship with the EA brand. I understand that some might argue I should simply remain on PlayStation, but it's not always practical. Being able to hotspot my laptop during travel and play like so many other players would be a game-changer for me. I appreciate the hard work the team puts into developing new content, and I'm more than willing to continue supporting The Sims series financially. However, I cannot justify paying twice for the same content. Loyal fans deserve a better solution. I sincerely hope EA will consider addressing this issue and providing a solution that benefits the entire player base. Thank you for your time and for listening to this long-time player's concerns. ~ Haley78Views3likes24CommentsBurnt food should make a comeback.
As the title says because previous games had burnt food we need to bring it back especially with the fire like when the fire is out the food is gone or you have to throw it away but in previous games the food was burnt some times Sims burnt the food without the fire and I liked the idea especially if the Sims are trying to learn how to cook burning the food will be high up with both cooking and baking skill also in previous games the burnt food was still edible yes the Sims couldn't stand but it was edible.17Views1like0Comments"Give Everyone a Taste of Seasons - Make It Free for a Limited Time!"
Hello EA Team, l am a player of The Sims 4 and my name is Ayla.I believe that some of The Sims 4 expansion packs offer content that enriches the core gaming experience. Specifically, the Seasons pack adds seasonal changes to the game, making the overall atmosphere more vibrant. I feel that these packs are essential for a comprehensive and enjoyable gaming experience. I think it would be great if these packs, especially the Seasons pack, could be made available for free for a limited time. This would allow players who do not own these packs to experience and enjoy the game more fully. Than you for considering my feedback.💗25Views0likes0CommentsPRIDE MONTH <3
