Lost my 98 Caicedo playing Rush

Last week i was playing rush with 3 more friends and we entered a game and instantly got disconnected, i selected 98 Caicedo FUTTIES and after logging into the game again he was shown as a conept player, even when I pack him some days before.

I thought its a glitch or a bug so I wanted to hear about something on X.com or him to come back but it never happened

What can I do?
