Game: NHL 25 Platform: Xbox Series S Mode: Be A Pro Bug description: During a coach conversation right before the first game of the Stanley Cup Final (playing for Colorado Avalanche), the game freezes. The scene starts, but then the image freezes completely. Music continues to play, but I cannot interact – the game becomes unresponsive. I can return to the Xbox home screen, but the game does not continue. Tried: - Restarting game (full quit, not Quick Resume) - Reloading save file before the conversation - Changing my player's clothing - No success – the issue repeats every time. The servers have been absolutely awful all week. I just lagged out of my 7th game in two days and am down 2.5K RP, do you guys not make enough money to have consistent servers for the one year life span of the game? Dressing room bugs are happening almost every single invite, how in the world does the frequency of a bug increase this drastically? Considering you guys charge $100 for a product that’s realistically worth somewhere in the realm of $39.99-$49.99 - I would assume good servers would be a given. We already know the game is polluted with bugs, but having to spend 15-20 minutes just to try and get into a lobby without bugging out just to lag out in the first period anyways is ridiculous.12Views0likes0CommentsController intermittent freezing xbox X
Mid-game my controller intermittently becomes inoperable. Im able to pass but not skate. It's really hard to find success when your player doesn't move and you have to hope you can successfully pass it. Once the pass is completed I can usually skate with the new receiver. Sometimes I have to pass it a couple times then I can skate again. Im on XBOX SERIES X and have tried more than one controller.. same issue32Views1like4CommentsHacker in HUT ?

It was like that 3 times and on 4 times it wrote loss of connection and didn't count my XP or victory points at all. Was just curious if anyone else has this problem or not.. so almost every online verses game I play I have a delayed connection, pretty much every single game, takes the game 1 second to react to what I want to do and this is on 30 ping hard wired by the way… but second of all it’s rare for me to even find a game that’s not fair connection(yellow) playing on 100 ping with this delay issue it’s almost unplayable. I’m in Alberta by the way… I know a lot of west coasters have a hard time getting a good ping. Let me know if anyone else experiences this?25Views0likes1CommentNo player at faceoff
This happened already twice in a game. My player supposed to take a faceoff is standing outside the faceoff circle with the other players when the puck drops. Opponent center is at the spot. Faceoff are getting pretty hard to win. I'm playing franchise mode with PS5. Other things bugging: Can't select language. Why is that? I had to change PS5 language to English, cause I wanted my NHL in english, which is not my first language. Player heights and weights too are now in feets and pounds. I prefer the metric system. Everytime when entering going into the "Free Agents signing" tab, either in the SEASON or in a FRANCHISE mode, the window / list with all available players fpr signing is BROKEN!!! I neither can SELECT any player, nor can I select the "PRO-PLAYER Info" tab. These tabs don't open/appear. And as it is not funny enough, the broken system does not even allow me to e,it the whole free agent signing anymore!!! When pressing the button "o" (back) nothing happens. I'm stuck in this free agent window and the only way to exit is to close the whole NHL game!!!! I basically can never sign any free agrnts in this bloody NHL 25 game!!!! Plrase fix it immediately and provie a responde how to solve it. Otherwise i want to get back my money!!!! I have continuously had issues with lag and input delay in almost every online game I have played in HUT. Over the months I have read many different forums from people with the same issues but still nothing has helped. I have already tried the following -Closing and restarting the game. -Powering off the PS5 before loading up the game. -Restarting the PS5 before loading up the game.Checking my internet connection and restarting the router My current setup includes - A wired internet connection with a download speed of 885 Mbps and a upload speed of 32mbps - Wired controller connection with a PlayStation certified usbc charging play cable in hopes to reduce the input delay. - 24.5in gaming monitor that has 1920x1080 picture and can run up to 240hz. As a fan who has been playing since NHL 13, I am really disappointed with how much of a problem this has been for the past like 4-5 games . I have a little problem. When I go in on nhl 25 and want to play online it comes up on the screen "log in confirmation, to be able to verify your identity we will send a code to your email". The problem is, that email is no longer in service, it's gone, I cant log in to it and its not even my ea accounts email, its only the email the code will be sent to so they can verify me. So now I cant play online because I cant see what the code is and I cant verify and I cant get the code in any other way, not in the phone or anything. I have submitted hundreds of error reports, I am unable to complete games online or offline in HUT. Game freezes and I have to close and submit a report that I assume at this point goes absolutely nowhere. Myself and both my kids are to the point now where it’s unable to be played. The help chat on EA sports was completely useless and told me there was nothing wrong with my account or the download of nhl25…. So there is nothing they can do….. only thing I can think to try is the disk version but I don’t feel it’s fair to purchase the game again when the initial purchase is garbage.120Views0likes11Comments
