Connection to ultimate team is not possible

Since Friday until today, I have been completely unable to even open the game properly or access Ultimate Team. This issue has now lasted several days with absolutely no solution.

Because of this problem:

My entire weekend/holiday was wasted

I missed FUT Champions

I missed multiple time-limited objectives

I missed Icon Swaps progress

All of this content is time-restricted and cannot simply be “done later.” This is not a minor inconvenience — this is the core of the game.

I paid full price for this game, yet I am locked out while promos, competitions, and objectives expire. What exactly am I supposed to do here, EA? This situation is completely unacceptable.

I have already tried every basic troubleshooting step. This is clearly not on my side. The lack of communication, lack of urgency, and lack of compensation makes this even worse.

Honestly, what is this? This is ridiculous. This is not how a paid online service should work. This is just bad service — and yes, this feels like complete **bleep**.

I expect:

A clear explanation

Immediate restoration of access

Proper compensation for FUT Champions, objectives, and Icon Swaps that I lost
