Gallery showing no results
Starting yesterday the results Ive gotten looking for items on the gallery have been less than expected. Its only providing any options for the "newest" option. when clicking popular now or most popular there are no results. For example I am searching for a household that only has one sim in it that is a cat(this also is the same for dogs). What I expect are hundreds of results for any of the newest, popular now and most popular results. What I get instead are as follows: Newest: Most popular: Popular now: What's odd is if I search with the same filters and a hashtag or item name I then get MORE and the expected results instead of less which is confusing to me considering Ive only added delimiters here. Its also taking several minutes to load any option or selection I make, when I try to scroll down and any other thing that would need the gallery to connect to the database its data is in. This is causing me to think that there might be some kind of timeout or loading issue occurring with the cloud service that contains gallery data. I've never not gotten some kind of result for what I would consider a very generic search I have done many times before. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

Placing lots from the gallery freezes game/endless loading
Computer: PC, Windows 10 I am having issues with the game after the February 25th update where trying to use the gallery effectively doesn't work. I am connected to the internet and initially it'll work fine but when trying to use it repeatedly, such as trying out multiple uploaded lots, the gallery will become stuck on the loading screen and won't load anymore lots, and will tell me that it is having issues. I have tried updating my drivers, removing the tray file, removing all mods, and repairing the game but it still keeps happening. These attempts initially worked for a bit but eventually the gallery would freeze again. Any help would be appreciated. I also recently upgraded my computer so it is possible that it's related to that but as far as I can tell my GPU, CPU and ram is all working as intended. Again, I made sure drivers were updated as I heard that that could cause some issues. Gallery shows now results
When trying to search in the gallery, it is not responding, and says nothing found before I've typed anything in the search bar. As well as when unselect a pack to get specific results it gets stuck. No filters applied, just open the gallery. The instance of this was fixed so please create a new thread if you still see this particular problem. Thanks.

Introduction Crashes and endless loading can have many causes and therefore usually need troubleshooting. There are a few known issues which can usually be found in the bug forum. Check the compiled list for any known issues. To help you get faster help, please check the guide where best to post for your particular issues. It depends where in the game you have issues so posting in the right spot, speed up things. Always keep an extra copy of your houses/Sims/.. safe somewhere. Where to post If the tips below don't help, create a new thread in the tech forum of your platform and provide your specs: PC, Mac, Console If you have endless loading on console, please use this thread: [XB/PS] Endless Load Times Game crashes/endlessly loads before main menu Delete your Cache file. Also delete the scratch folder in your saves folder if there is one. Remove all your mods and test without them. Use the load button instead of resume and see if the save loads this way. If it does, test other lots than your regular family to see if they load. Move out the family and test if you can visit the lot or enter in build mode when it's just the lot. Also test your family on a different lot/save Sometimes the game throws lastExceptions while you trying to load. These give give an indication on what's broken. Provide them when creating a thread. If your game crashes when trying to load a certain unoccupied lot, especially in build mode and for buildings that worked before Patch 1.103.205/184. please use this thread: Endless Loading/Crashing when trying to load a certain lot If your game crashes because of a certain family, please provide them in the gallery and create your own thread for troubleshooting in game issues or post here in this thread The map doesn't load and stays a white screen If it never worked and you are using T.O.O.L or other mods, make sure you have the newest version of those mods. If it worked and stopped working after you placed a lot in that particular world, please create a new thread as this issue is supposed to be fixed. The game goes back to the map when trying to load a household This behavior has multiple causes. You can read more info about it here: Loading a family just reloads the map. Most of the time you will get an error code but sometimes it just reloads the map. In most cases the game throws a LastException. Search both the Bug forum and Game/Mod issues if your error code already has a thread. The first two parts of the error code are relevant (For example 102:a0adad34). If there's a thread, check for solutions and if you need further help, post there. If you don't find a thread or you don't get an error code, create your own thread and post the LastException thrown (you can find the file in your documents folder. [CL] Garage door/mural disappears when placed and breaks lots
I have noticed that, since the most recent patch update, a lot of my lots are broken. I have identified the core issue: the DIY Garage Mural from City Living is broken. If I try to place that item onto a Lot, it subtracts the funds + makes a sound of an item being placed, but nothing actually happens. Further, if I try to load a lot that already has this item, I will get an infinite loading screen. If I go to an empty lot then try to add a house or room from my gallery that has this item, I will then have an infinite save or loading screen, or lose ability to interact with the UI. If I load the game without City Living installed, all these lots are completely fine and playable. I saw that EA_Cade was asking for save files that have experienced this bug, but that post was 9 months ago and I have only experienced this issue since the latest patch. Error Code 102/122:502fc384
my game lets me get up to the part to select a household to play then keeps throwing error code 102:502fc384:1367c215. after the update it let me start to play my game normally then it came up with the box saying need to restart game to add the new sims detail content and since then it lets me get up to the point of selecting a household to play and gets to loading screen but then goes back to the pick a world screen to pick household again and throws up the above error code Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

Cooking and baking delay
In all the sims games I have played I'm the type of simmer that likes to run an at home bakery. Loved that in the sims 2. Prefer sims 4 for the graphics and up to date outfits. Ive tried to run an at home business bakery from buisness and hobbies ep. First there is a major delay everytime you click cook or bake. Second while cooking or baking sims tend to get distracted or bug out, my toddler talked to my sim and he just left the food in the oven. The task was gone I had to click the food in the oven to complete it. Its a extremely slow process to cook or bake one dish and running a bakery is near impossible. I think the cooking and baking mechanics really need to be looked at. .

Stuck on load screen

Will not load since downloading Adventure Awaits DLC
So i bought and downloaded adventure awaits. game was working perfectly fine before hand. after downloading and installing the dlc my game now stays stuck on a endless inital loading screen never getting to the main menu page. Ive repaired my game. removed all CC. cleared the cache. even uninstalled the game comepletly and re installed and still the game wont load. Please if anyone can help im literally in tears with this
