Error Code 102/122:502fc384

Hello,

I'm using Windows and I can no longer play my game. Opening it works, CAS works, but I can't play or access the game. And all this has been happening since EA delivered it this morning. Is this related?

Je suis sur Windows et je ne peux plus jouer a mon jeu, l'ouvrir marche le CAS marche mais impossible de jouer ou d'accède au terrain. Et tout cela depuis  la livraison de ce matin de EA est ce que ca a un lien ?

Can you explain further? If you are being kicked back to the world select screen when trying to load a household that is a Mods issue. Remove your Mods folder, trash the localthumbcache.package file, repair the game and try again.

I am having the same issue. Repeatedly kicked back to world menu, but I can access CAS. Error code: 122:502fc384:611e5d3 

Removing my mods causes the game to crash instantly on launch. Removing the localthumbcache did not fix anything.

Bro I’m having the same problem this update was so irrelevant and it’s breaking everything

Sims 4 game since recent update takes me to select household and when I click to select household to play it seems to try to open however kicks me back to worlds.  I have no error code for I am on PC.  SMH update has ruin my SIMS game. Seems we are all having same issue!  

fwfehEFELFKS​  Please remove your Mods folder and test again.  You don't need to save your progress, but it's important to find out whether this happens with no mod or cc present.

If you do still get the issue, try loading a different household, one you've never played before.  If that works, play it for a while, then try to switch to your main household again.  You don't have to save here either.

Asucadulce​  Are you getting any game crashes?  I ask because your dxdiag shows that your graphics driver is crashing.  But the issue of being kicked to the Manage Worlds screen has not been system-related for anyone else, as far as I've seen, so I don't think the driver crashes are the trigger for you either.

i did try all of that and it still has the same result.

I don't have that many mods, took them out and it still ain't letting me play households or even enter a lot. Disabled script mods and nothing worked. Deleted mods - didn't work. Better exceptions takes too long and even mccc discord isn't helping much. I also batch fixed my cc and nothing!
