Worlds Map/M to Travel not Loading
Ever since the most recent update I have not been able to access my worlds map or hit m to travel. It just loads for an eternity and I have to completely restart my computer to get to the main menu again but I can only play the most recent household I have played and then the same thing happens again. When I did the update, a helper popped up and asked me to download but I accidentally exited out of it and now I can’t figure out how to generate that download option again. Any advice? I have no mods installed whatsoever and never have.
Infinite Loading Screen after September 18th Update
So I removed my entire mods, save file, and tray files before updating my game, however going back into my game, I encountered the infinite loading screen, even without mods, save file and tray file in my game. I get past the main menu screen but as soon as I select "Resume Game" I get stuck on infinite loading screen. I tried to create a new save file, still won't work. I've repaired my game 4 times but nothing works. I even deleted and re-installed my game, all without adding my mods, save and tray files back, and the game still gets stuck on infinite loading screen. Please fix this issue because my game was perfectly fine before this update. What's the point of releasing an update if it's just gonna break the game even more?
[PC/MAC] Cannot Load Into Lots/Back to map

Since the sep 18, 2025 update my game is getting stuck on the loading screen. The plumbob is spinning and the sentences are loading below the plumbob but it has been doing that for over 25 minutes so I had to force quit the game. I tried several times but it gets stuck. It’s doing this with a brand new save and with my older saved game it gets stuck loading the San Myshuno map and then I am forced to force quit the game, which is why I tried to start a new game. In that new game I moved a sim into an apartment in San Myshuno before the new game became unplayable. I also started another new game and it was working fine until I tried to load San Myshuno and it got stuck in the map loading screen too. I don’t use any mods and my computer is a Mac. I have all the expansions and game packs but not all the stuff packs. The issue seems to be connected to San Myshuno.
Crashes & Loading Screen Error Code
I don't know if it's just me but I've still been experiencing game crashes while playing. My game mostly crashes while I’m trying to save and the data doesn’t save after it crashes. I hope that this is fixed soon because it's a little annoying to save every 2 minutes because I'm afraid that my data will not be there when it crashes. Then after it crashes and I try to load in again, I am hit with the gray screen that says the game took too long to load. After multiple attempts to play and it finally loads in I am on the Sims home screen and it says my data/saves aren't there and that I can start a new game, so I have to quit and restart the game multiple times just to play my last save. And now with the new update coming out the game is not allowing me to play at all and I am being hit with the same gray “took to long to load” screen. Please fix this, l play on Xbox btw.I am unable to sign in with my home internet
I've been trying to sign into the EA app and was getting an EC 201 error. I've tried reinstall and repair the app but none of that worked. Then I found out that the problem also persists when trying to sign in through the website. As soon as I click sign in, I get a really long loading screen and I eventually reach a generic firefox error screen with a "try again" button. This problem also occurs when I try signing in through my phone. When I'm using mobile data or mobile hotspot, everything works perfectly fine, but hotspot clearly isn't an ideal way to play "online only" games. It all started when I was trying out the new skate game only to run into an 852146987 error. All of the sudden everything EA related stopped working.
problems with loading screen
Hi, so after the September 18 update I updated my mods and started the game again but every time I can get past the home page but once I get to the map and try to get into my sim's family saves file it goes to the loading screen for a bit then goes straight back to the map. idk what to do. :(
Eternal loop
Playing with all ep's stuff and game packs along with few kits. After the new update my New save is experiencing a endless loop when trying to leave the lot. Moving, travelling or anything that has to do with a loading screen it just ends up stuck loading. I'm playing in one of the lots that came with the love ep, i was trying to move a sim i created into a rented lot that i built, and used townies to own the rented lot, but im stuck with these townie sims since i can't leave or change households. The lot im on is La Suite Del Flechazo.
