My steam account is linked with an ea account which is not mine
i have a steam account which conntains 4 ea games (Samurai - https://steamcommunity.com/id/GetRichOrDieTriyin/) i tried to log-in to play burnout paradise remastred, and i found out that my account is linked to an ea account which is not mine, i'm 100% sure that this isn't my account, you can even check my battlefield 3 account Do something please - Boutaleb Mohammed.6Views0likes1CommentCharged twice for game then can't submit error report.
I wanted to purchase the Command & Conquer Ultimate edition, but after clicking the pay button, was stuck on a sort of loading screen with a red spinning circle for over half an hour. I decided to try to reload the page and see if the purchase did indeed go through, however the EA app wanted me to purchase again as it was apparently still in my cart. I attempted purchase again, and had the same loading screen for close to half an hour, but eventually got a success message. The EA app then froze and I couldn't press any buttons, so I closed the app and then re-opened. The individual games from the collection were now in my library, however the collection itself was back in my cart awaiting purchase again. I deleted it from my cart, checked my banking app, and I have been charged twice for this collection. I have tried to submit an error report in app twice, but both times it fails. I would like one of the pending purchases cancelled (or refunded if they cannot cancel in time), but I am stuck how I can go about this when their error report will not work.Solvedea app updating
So, I am having trouble updating the EA app. It’s been stuck at 0% for about an hour. I tried resetting the app, but it still doesn’t work. I have plenty of storage on my Mac. What can I do? Once I tried reinstalling the app but I lost all of my save data. I also have a good internet connection.17Views0likes0CommentsI had it, then I didn't.
Alright, EA, we need to talk because my Sims 4 experience has been a rollercoaster—and not the fun kind. First, the game tells me I’m not the administrator… except I am. Fine, after some deep dives into the forums, I find a fix. Crisis averted! But then, the game decides to gaslight me, claiming I don’t own my mod packs—despite them being installed. Whatever, at least the content still shows up, so I move on. Then, I make the grave mistake of opening the gallery. The game retaliates by murdering my internet, crashing EA, taking Discord down with it, and nearly crashing itself. If I’m willing to wait five minutes per item, I can eventually see the gallery, but at that point, I could probably knit my Sim a sweater in real life. And now, today’s brand-new nightmare: EA has apparently decided I own nothing. No Sims 4. No add-ons. Nothing. Just a blank slate as if I’ve never spent a dime. Which is particularly insulting because I just bought the Ranch expansion last night. I am beyond frustrated. Someone—preferably an EA rep—please fix my game so I can actually play what I paid for and finally ride my digital horses.
