I'm getting this as well, won't load any family in any world and refuses to load any lots in Innisgreen. I've removed and tested without mods, still have the same issue

Split from another post
I created a new sim after downloading enchanted by nature. Selected the lot to move to then the game got stuck on the load screen.
split your post as stuck on loading are very indivual
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
