Stuck on Loading Screen

Is anyone else having issues with trying to play the new pack and it gets stuck on the loading screen? I also noticed that when I try to repair my game, it says that the repair is paused because I don't own the game. Except I did in fact pre-order the pack and now it's giving me issues. Anyone else noticing similar issues?

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing ? (Mac or PC)
    • At which point does it get stuck ? When you try to load a certain lot or before you even get to the map ?
    • Is this happening for a specific save game or generally ?
