Banned for a username that’s over 20 years old.
Ive been playing battlefield since the Vietnam game on pc and have used it on MULTIPLE EA titles and 3 different platforms with no issues until this game that I spent $70 on. I don’t use chat I’m not even that good at the game but anti tank and anti air makes people SALTY. Got the notification for first 7 day ban put in a request for appeal denied by AI so I altered a 20+ year old gamer tag just to get perm banned the next time I played. EA has the WORST customer service I have ever seen and would love to actually speak with a human being on why I got permanently banned on a video game that’s rated M and actively uses the word “**bleep**” in gameplay for a username.
PURCHASE TWO COPIES OF BF6 FOR PC?? REALLY EA?
I purchased BF6 on PS5 for my main Moonswan account with EA. For other members of my family to play with me I purchased ANOTHER copy of BF6 for the PC Gaming Laptop under Woden29. I was expecting to be able to play my Moonswan account on the PC when the kids were on the PS5. Not having to purchase TWO copies of the SAME game on the SAME DEVICE?? I was told two different things by EA operators. The 2nd Operator at EA Help said I needed to buy a copy per account on the same device Is this even legal? Multiple copies of the SAME game paid for on the SAME PC? EA Help seem's to think otherwise. Please explain. The first operator told me it was a bug they were trying to sort out. This is after waiting a month for the 'Account Restricted' lockout to be fixed. Now you cannot use a different account even if the game is fully installed on the PC.I cannot access the social menu in the top right corner.
In the main menu after launching the game, I cannot access the social menu in the top right corner. It's marked with a plus, a message envelope, and players. The RT button on Xbox used to be marked for this, but it's not anymore, and I can't get
I bought the game, And am yet to even play.
How and why I am getting an error for my CPU Cooler is just mind-blowing. What happened to just buying a game and playing it? Why is the CPU COOLER being flagged as a hacking tool? Which makes no sense because it controls the flow of my CPU cooler. It's taken me several hours to even get this game to launch, because of the secure boot, bull**bleep**ery. Now I am getting this error. I wish it was like steam, where i could just refund the game. Now Im stuck with a game I am yet to get to work, and bought the most expensive verison also. What are you guys doing over at EA. Purposely making customers frustrated so they dont buy games from you anymore?No sound on BF6
On day 2 of the game having no sound. I have tried signing off and back on several reboots and for the second day now, still no sound from my Xbox platform. Other games have sound and the TV works fine. I also have experienced lag, login errors, game freezing, and getting booted several times since game release. This sound issues is the worst though. The game still works, lets me play, just no sound!Game crashing
If your game is crashing your whole computer STOP PLAYING IT. Ive seen 2 reports of computers completely wiped now after multiple crashes. They get every file wiped except EA’s anticheat. If your computer is shutting off mid game in battlefield with no crash report uninstall it. I promise its not worth a new computer, especially with RAM prices the way they are. We’re about to see alot of computers wiped because of this game and the 12/9 update that started these crashes. I only found this cause ive been watching for weeks for a solution to my crashes, just to find they can’t be fixed and they WILL ruin your pc if you ignore them and keep playing
