Recently, my EA account was permanently banned for "Gameplay Enhancement" on Battlefield 6. I am completely blindsided and 100% certain this is a false positive by the automated anti-cheat system. Here is my exact situation: Total Playtime: Only about 9 hours in total. Play Period: I played briefly around October 2025, and only played a tiny bit this May 2026. Game Mode: I have ONLY played the offline single-player Campaign. I have never once touched multiplayer. I have all my Steam achievements related to multiplayer completely locked, which clearly proves I have zero history in online matches. Cheats/Trainers: I have never used any trainers, macros, or third-party software. The most maddening part is that I cannot even submit an official appeal. Every single time I try to fill out the webform on EA Help, I get the error message: "We ran into an issue creating your case. Please try again in a few hours." It has been doing this repeatedly. I even sent an email to ea@e.ea.com back on May 18th, but as expected, I have received absolutely no response. I am a legitimate customer who bought the game fairly through Steam. How can I be permanently banned for "Gameplay Enhancement" when I have only played 9 hours of single-player campaign? How can I get in touch with a real human at the Terms of Service team when the official support website refuses to create a case? If any CM or user knows a workaround or can escalate this broken case system, please help. Matchmaking finds a game, and more often than not it fills up to half, then people start quitting. At some point the server stops finding players. If you stay in the lobby, everybody eventually quits and you are left alone. Entered 6 lobbies with my buddy tonight. They never filled up. We guit the game. Great game night. There has to be feedback on what the hell the server is doing. Or maybe just make players enter the lobby when there are enough players??? Playing on PS5 with crossplay off. And no I will not ever be enabling crossplay as long as its not input type restricted.Error after Master 5
You can’t find a lobby or load your profile after reaching master 5 in ranked. The game is full of bugs but this one is destroying the fan base even more, we have to tolerate the light glitches near downtown for over 2 weeks now and now you can’t get it fixed but there is even a new bug. It’s a multi billion dollar company and nothing is workingI cannot find ranked game matchmaking starting from Master 5 tier.

Yesterday, I received a 3-day suspension for cheating. I immediately submitted an appeal because I have never used cheats, third-party software, exploits, or anything that violates the game's rules. This morning, before receiving any response to my appeal, I discovered that the suspension had been extended to 9 days. WHAT A JOKE!!!!If someone from the ToS team actually reviews or observes my gameplay, they'll probably laugh at this decision. Middle East servers have been unavailable or non-functional for nearly four months, forcing players to connect to distant regions with high ping and a poor gameplay experience. This situation is unacceptable, and many players are gradually losing interest and passion for the game because of the lack of support for the region. Hi everyone, My EA account was banned in Battlefield 6 by the Anti-Cheat system after the February 07, 2026 update and I believe this was done incorrectly. I have never used cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software in any EA game. On my PC, I only had BlueStacks and GameLoop installed for Call of Duty Mobile, and I never ran them with Battlefield 6 or any other EA game. I have had this EA account for over 12 years and have invested significant money into EA games. The ban has caused financial harm and loss of access to purchased content. I appealed through the Penalty History page, but so far no human review has been conducted, and no concrete evidence has been provided – only automated responses. Has anyone else experienced similar Anti-Cheat issues after the February update? Does anyone know how to request a real human review, where logs and evidence are actually examined rather than an automatic rejection?
