Suspended Account
EA support may be the most useless group for any game company. I have been greeted with a suspended account message on login on F1 25 after taking a few months break. When I go to the EA page, I have no ban history. Every time I have contacted any support agent, they say I am not banned and have no idea why I see this message. After talking with support for months, instead of helping me, they ignore me. I am now not able to get in contact with anyone, and the robot on the support page is somehow more useless than any human I have had the absolute pleasure speaking with. I am asking to get this issue resolved, or just give me my money back. This is just one expensive paperweight with a phenomenal support group to help me out and get to the bottom of any issues I have.Somehow I got my account suspended
I bought the EA pass last month to play F1 25, and today I decided to buy the game since it's on sale. I downloaded it and when I started it, I got a message that said ,,Your account is suspended" (I attached a photo). I checked my ban history on their site and it's says that I have no ban history. I haven't played with hacks or anything. When I had the game through the EA pass I barely played online but now I want to play 2 player career with one of my friends. I opened a case on EA help, but if anyone knows a fix I would be really glad to try it.Online Services Error - Error code 2631071469:S
This is like third time I am reporting this issue across different forums and I havent received any answer yet. Is there some support chat where I can get the guaranteed help regarding my issue? The issue: Cannot connect to online services in the game and getting the error code 2631071469:S First I thought the issue is with my internet but it doesn't connect even with VPN/Exitlag I tried changing dns, resetting my network, redownloading the game I am on PC/Steam Also might be related, I do have a similar issue on dirt 2 which afaik also uses racenet (error code e4669c75-3d-58). I understand the issue might be on my end but some help would be appreciated. It all worked like 3 weeks agoInfinite "Communicating With Online Services"
Platform: PC (Steam) Issue: Since updating to patch v1.0.7, F1 25 gets stuck on the "Communicating with Online Services" screen when I launch the game. Even though I have an active internet connection and it appears to successfully connect, the game stays in this state indefinitely. The only temporary fix I've found is to disconnect and reconnect my internet connection, after which the game proceeds past this screen. However, this is frustrating to do every time I launch the game. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch F1 25 (post-patch v1.0.7) 2. Wait at the "Communicating with Online Services" screen 3. Observe it hanging indefinitely 4. Disconnect and reconnect internet 5. Game continues normally after that Expected Result: Game should connect to online services and proceed without needing manual internet reconnection. Actual Result: Stuck on the loading screen until internet is manually reset. Patch Version: v1.0.7 Additional Notes: This issue only began after the v1.0.7 update. Prior to this, online connection was smooth without any need to reset the internet.2.6KViews4likes11CommentsF1 Account suspended
I bought the game at 7th july, activated it and didn't played it because i waited for my sim rig. I first time turned on the game at 23rd july and i already got a notification in game that my account is suspended. Before i played less than 5 hours through steam with ea play trial version of f1 25 and it was private lobby with friends. Never cheat or broke any rules in any EA game. There is nothing on here: https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/ Already made 2 cases through this website https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=ea-account&category=manage-my-account&topic=dispute-ban-suspension First time i got ask for some details about account, some support code and was told to make another case through the same link. I did it, provided screen from in game about issue and got once again asked to make case THROUGH THE SAME LINK, 3RD CASE. Like anyone even reads what i write in those cases and emails? Can i finally get some help because i can't play the game i paid for? Can i message someone else directly to get any idea what is going on?Ea Login Error
Hello everyone when I start the game F1 25 it gives me the following error "EA account required". yes I've tried relinking my steam account to my EA account, still doesn't work I've also tried unplugging all my usb's as someone else said that, that didn't work EA support is zero help they either say we can't help you or ask steam support even though steam literally can't do anything about it. But yeah i was just wonder if anyone had any solutions on this because I'm going insane and I spent good money for the game just for it to not work onlineFreezes and crashes on xbox series s just minutes after starting game
I've tried every troubleshooting method under the sun and the game freezes and crashes after just minutes. Other games on my Xbox, even those of similar size to f1 25, work absolutely fine. Support chats have not been able to help. Not even a dodgy game file as I initially bought it off the xbox store, refunded it and tried a key from amazone. Neither working
