f1 25 doesnt work

hi ea guys, i just got a f1 25 but when i try to connect to online its stucks on error in attachment
i trried literaly EVETYRHING
i mean:
TCP and UDP ports (by DMZ)
re link account
ipv4 ipv6
create another user on pc
vpn and proxy
reinstall anti cheat
reinstall game
i doesnt remember all of what i do, EA troubleshot tips i also tried
if you remind me, I'll tell you whether I tried it or not.
