Impossible to login to Webapp/Companion - Amazon Luna

Hi. I am experiencing the same issue & cannot access the transfer market on Ultimate Team until I can use the companion app to do the evolutions required. Have you found any answers / had this resolved yet?

Même problème de mon côté, accès impossible à l'app companion FC 26 avec un achat du jeu sur amazon luna. On a pourtant payer le même prix voir plus cher que les autres joueurs sur les autres plateformes, ça serait bien qu'EA fasse quelque chose pour débloquer l'accès. A l'époque où Stadia existait, je me souviens que cela fonctionnait sans souci pour la version Stadia.

Palese EA staff take a look to this. It seems people on Luna versione can play it but can’t login to webapp or Companion. At least let us know that you are working on it…

I posted the same sincere message here on the forum and received no response. I contacted them via chat once a week and always received the same response: the problem is global, not just mine, and they're working on a solution. However, I don't see a solution, since we're going into a month of gameplay without the most important thing for those who trade to improve their roster: the webapp or companion.
