Repeated Gameplay Bug Preventing Player Substitutions and Causing Unfair Losses
Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to formally report a serious and recurring gameplay issue that has been affecting my matches for a long time. During matches, I am frequently unable to make substitutions manually, even when my players’ stamina is critically low. This issue directly causes my team to lose control of the game and results in unreasonable defeats simply because exhausted players cannot be replaced in time. What is most frustrating is that this is not a one-time bug. It happens repeatedly, almost every time I play. I have reported this problem many times before, yet I have seen no fix, no clear explanation, and no improvement. The issue continues to exist across multiple matches and sessions. Because of this bug, I am unfairly punished with losses, point deductions, and warnings, even though the problem is clearly caused by the game itself and not by my actions. This seriously affects the competitive integrity of the game and the overall player experience. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response and resolution. It feels as though player reports are being ignored, which gives the impression that EA does not take its players seriously. I respectfully request that this issue be properly investigated and resolved as soon as possible. ever since this game has been transferred to EA in 2024 the game on Nintendo has been terrible and whenever I make a report on bugs and glitches no one ever responds and I get no help, THE 2 MAIN GLITCHES I HAVE THAT OTHERS HAVE AS WELL AND NOBODY FIXES OR RESPONDS ARE: the transfer market: this has happened on FC 24, 25 and 26, whenever say I search for rare gold players on the market it will show the cards ending the quickest which is fine I skip to a few pages o the market it goes from a card ending in 30 seconds to ending in 6 hours and it completely break THEIR'S NO WAY 6 PAGES DEEP INTO THE GOLD RARE PAGE IT GOES FROM 30 SECONDS THE QUICKEST ENDING CARD THEN GOES TO 6 HOURS THE MARKET IS BROKEN. 2ND: WHEN U OPEN PACKS U NEVER GET THE DOUBLE WALKOUT ANIMATION OR THE PROPER ANIMATION WORKING, IN FC 25, 26 i've never had the double walkout animation work once for me and on FC 26 when I open a pack I never get the proper way the pack comes out it just shows me the card straight away even tho on PS5 and Xbox, PC the flag and position gets revealed and the player walks out for me on Nintendo, it just shows the player straight away walkout or not. I can't play any online games, specifically 11-player modes like Rivals or FUT Champions. Every time I try to play, it crashes as if I'm being detected by cheaters, but it's not. This happens every single match. However, Rush and SB play normally. This problem is only specific to my PS5 version. I tried the PS4 version and it works fine for Rush and SB. It's only online play with other players, even Seasons mode, that's the issue. Please help me fix this. I've tried everything for the past two months and contacted every channel I can think of. Ever since this game was transferred to EA in 2024, the experience on Nintendo has been absolutely terrible, and it feels like the platform and its players have been completely abandoned, because every single time I try to report bugs or glitches through official channels, nothing ever comes of it, nobody responds, nobody follows up, and I am left with the same broken issues year after year with no explanation or support, which is beyond frustrating for someone who actually cares about the game and wants it to function properly; the most infuriating part is that these are not small, rare bugs that only affect me, but major, obvious glitches that many other Nintendo players also experience, yet EA continues to ignore them across multiple titles, including FC 24, FC 25, and now FC 26, which makes it feel like Nintendo users are second-class players who don’t matter at all; the first and biggest issue is the transfer market, which has been broken for three straight games now and still hasn’t been acknowledged or fixed, because whenever I search for players, for example rare gold players, the market sorting makes absolutely no sense and completely defeats the purpose of filtering by time remaining, as it will correctly show cards ending the quickest at first, which is how it is supposed to work, but the moment I skip a few pages deeper into the market, the entire system breaks, jumping from cards that are ending in around 30 seconds straight to cards ending in six hours, which is completely impossible and illogical, because there is no realistic scenario where you go only a handful of pages into a rare gold search and suddenly the quickest ending cards are hours away, as that means the market is not properly loading, sorting, or refreshing listings at all; this issue ruins sniping, trading, and even basic browsing of the market, and it makes the transfer market feel unusable compared to other platforms, yet despite this happening consistently in FC 24, FC 25, and FC 26, EA has done absolutely nothing about it, even though it is clearly broken and clearly not working as intended; the second major issue is with pack animations, which might sound cosmetic to some people but is actually a core part of the Ultimate Team experience, and on Nintendo it is completely scuffed and unfinished, because when you open packs, the animations either do not work properly or do not work at all, and this has been the case for multiple years now, as in FC 25 and FC 26 I have never once seen the double walkout animation function correctly, not a single time, even though it exists on other platforms and is supposed to trigger when you pack two high-rated players, but on Nintendo it simply never happens, which makes it feel like we are playing a downgraded or unfinished version of the game; on top of that, in FC 26 specifically, pack openings are completely stripped of their presentation, because instead of the proper animation where the pack opens, the flag appears, the position is revealed, and the player walks out like it does on PS5, Xbox, and PC, the Nintendo version just skips everything and shows the card instantly, whether it is a walkout or not, completely killing the excitement and immersion of opening packs and making it feel cheap and rushed; this is not a small visual bug, this is a fundamental part of how packs are supposed to work, and the fact that it has been broken for multiple titles shows a clear lack of care or testing for the Nintendo version; what makes all of this even worse is the complete lack of communication and support from EA, because every time I try to report these issues, I get ignored, no one responds to bug reports, no one provides updates, and live chat support is absolutely useless, as they either do not understand the problem, give generic copy-and-paste responses, or simply end the conversation without offering any real help or solution, which makes the whole support system feel like a joke; Hi everyone, This issue has been present since launch, and despite being reported repeatedly, EA has yet to provide any meaningful response or fix, which is frankly unacceptable. On Xbox Series S, FC 26 consistently freezes for 2–3 seconds during matches and then crashes to the Xbox home screen, usually during the second or third match. When the game is reopened, the match is automatically counted as a loss due to disconnection, even though the crash is caused by the game itself—not the player’s connection or hardware. I have contacted EA Support multiple times, followed all suggested troubleshooting steps, and monitored community reports, yet nothing has changed. This issue has been affecting players for far too long, and the continued lack of acknowledgment makes it feel like it’s being ignored entirely. For a paid, competitive title, this is ridiculous and severely damages the gameplay experience. There is a bug ingame and outside the game in the UT menu when going back to menu R2 working ok then after a couple of minutes when you do sbc or pressing it R2 button is not working. Ingame speed button not working correctly so sure it's a bug. Then sometimes is not working.
