I haven't been able to play online in 11-player mode for 2 months now (PS5).

I can't play any online games, specifically 11-player modes like Rivals or FUT Champions. Every time I try to play, it crashes as if I'm being detected by cheaters, but it's not. This happens every single match. However, Rush and SB play normally. This problem is only specific to my PS5 version. I tried the PS4 version and it works fine for Rush and SB. It's only online play with other players, even Seasons mode, that's the issue. Please help me fix this. I've tried everything for the past two months and contacted every channel I can think of. I'm hoping for a solution here. My internet is working fine, you've checked it multiple times. I even tested my friend's account on my PS5 and it works perfectly in all modes. It's probably not an internet issue; it's a server connection problem. Please check my account. I've paid for the game but can't play. I hope you understand.
