EA from worse to worse

I opened the 82x10 pack and packed claudia pina gold instead of the special versions in the packs (from when this is possible) and when ever i contact the custom service not only for this situation ,evey single time i contacted them the same single reply (we pay for a **bleep** that we can't play , the customer service is bad ,full of glitches) this is the worst game &company ever.
