Controller stops working on Amazon Luna – EA FC 26 unplayable and no refund
Hi, I bought EA Sports FC 26 about a week ago directly from the official EA website using my EA account. I paid €70, and unfortunately, I haven’t been able to properly play the game even once. I’m playing through Amazon Luna, and every time I try to play — especially online — the controller stops working as soon as the match starts. I can still pause or exit the game, but I can’t move or play at all. It makes the game completely unplayable. What makes this worse is that I tried to request a refund through EA Support, but they refused because they said I had already “played” the game and didn't even propose any solution. But how could I possibly know that the game wouldn’t work properly on Luna without actually trying to play it first? This is very disappointing. I paid full price for a game that doesn’t even function as expected on one of the officially supported platforms. I really hope someone from the EA team or moderation can look into this — either to help me with a refund or to find a real fix for the issue. Thanks for reading,How do you get hackers banned
Play pro clubs other team was cheating have video evidence. We lost our promotion chances because of it. They could control our team, our player movement abilities, an Greatly increase their own they also had the ability to speed the match up. I would like to find a way to get this sorted an ban them an get something back to for fill that opportunity back

EA, how long are you going to mock us? How long will you keep promising things and then not delivering them? Squad Battles has become a completely unplayable mode. This is no longer normal. You’ve been delaying the new patch for a month, saying there will be a defending NERF, but there is no such thing. You’ve started treating us, your community, like a joke. At the beginning the game was amazing, and then patch after patch, once again, the game became unplayable.ea false hope
did anyone notice anything with this patch other than removing of the shooting glitch ? cause as far as i remeber the patch should also include decrease in defense ai, well to the developers of fc do you even test the game before launching the update ? just try one game and dont play let your opponent try to score well he cant cause of the defensive ai . no one asked for it why adding it in first place ? why does the ai decided when to tackle and how to cover the ball it should be part of the gameplay not part of ai plus everyone dislike your engine since fc24 why would you still use it no one cares about . new patch same old crap useless update with again false hope , well i hope no one buys your next game [CM edit - cursing]ea need to explain this
its january now that means half way through the game life cycle , and until this time this game is unplayable so ea wasted the first half of the game by making us beta testers (but we who paid to test not the opposite ), as fifa/fc community we want a compensation for this bad experience, someone needs to file a lawsuit for fraud and false adLooking for a good sever
Was wondering when EA actually going to do anything with this sever or is it a engine problem that they're using. Either way this game,.Company franchise is the worse run game I have ever seen. We got rid of bounce back every fkn game I see it 3 times go back to the attacker, And the fkn severs sprinkled with a little of ADDFC 26 crashing mid-match on Xbox Series S — Still ignored by EA
Hi everyone, This issue has been present since launch, and despite being reported repeatedly, EA has yet to provide any meaningful response or fix, which is frankly unacceptable. On Xbox Series S, FC 26 consistently freezes for 2–3 seconds during matches and then crashes to the Xbox home screen, usually during the second or third match. When the game is reopened, the match is automatically counted as a loss due to disconnection, even though the crash is caused by the game itself—not the player’s connection or hardware. I have contacted EA Support multiple times, followed all suggested troubleshooting steps, and monitored community reports, yet nothing has changed. This issue has been affecting players for far too long, and the continued lack of acknowledgment makes it feel like it’s being ignored entirely. For a paid, competitive title, this is ridiculous and severely damages the gameplay experience. If you are also experiencing this problem, please reply and confirm so we can demonstrate that this is not an isolated case. The more visibility this gets, the harder it is to ignore. If anyone has found a workaround, please share it—but ultimately, this requires an official fix from EA. EA, this issue needs to be acknowledged and addressed immediately. Thank you.What a joke
the simple mind nowadays can figure this out , if you have a unstable base the building will fall it’s exactly the same with this game the base is bad or broken but ea still thinks that doing updates will make the game better but no you have to start with this project from the scratch all over again, plus to make players quite what they do is the worst decision ever , they add a paid pass plus they give you a lot of packs just to forget about the issue . ea leave football before football leaves you
