Matching Moments - multiple issues
To get the necessary information out of the way - my screen name is Shilfiell, my OS in Mac OS Sonoma, my browser is Firefox. Matching moments is a great game, frustratingly challenging at times - but the following glitches make it less enjoyable: "Lives Remaining" timer routinely sticks at 12:34 remaining. As a result, one rarely knows accurately exactly how many lives one has, or how long till a new life appears. When the "Unlimited Lives" booster is activated, occasionally clicking the Play button sends a "You have unlimited lives for a limited time!" pop-up then returns to the start screen (the one with the Play button) of the game. Endless loop. Only workaround is to quit the game and re-enter....which waste valuable Extra Lives time. The Daily Free Gift does not appear in the Shop. No idea when the gift renews each day, times seem variable. As this is our only feasible means of getting any power-ups, timing would be great to know. Objects in cells occasionally overlay two images at once. Static boosters (Bow, Boxing Glove, Hammer) received through daily (?) Free Gifts do not appear in inventory as expected. Alternatively, sometimes boosters just show up out of nowhere. When first released, this game had a Season to work through. This initial Season play provided many of the objects I've used to go through the ranks, but now there's no mechanism for free anything except the daily (?) gift. In addition to the technical glitches, there are several areas for improvement with this game. Bring back seasons, open additional tabs (akin to the Chores tab in Solitaire Home Story) for a chance to work towards free boosters, and additional earned boosters like Undo or Extra Moves would enhance gameplay. Having to spend 900 coins for a single extra move pack is outrageously expensive (game-virtual-currency-wise) and that cost should be lowered - while also boosting the income from game wins, as it takes a very long time to accumulate coins currently. Might want to add a few booster-generating events that aren't dependent on consecutive wins, as well: most levels I play require repeated attempts to pin down the right gameplay patterns.114Views4likes10CommentsSolitaire Home Story - Freezing
Anyone else having issues with Solitaire Home Story freezing up during a game. I lost two games in my last session cause the game freezes and you can't play any more cards even though there are several cards in play. Very frustrating as it makes you lose your turn and you lose whatever power ups you may have used.Solved147Views4likes10CommentsPogo Troubleshooting Guide: 🍎 Apple Devices
Apple devices have some of the strongest security and privacy protections built into their systems. While these features are excellent for your safety and privacy, they can sometimes be too strict for certain websites and online games. Pogo games need to load resources from multiple sources and communicate with game servers in real-time. Apple's security settings may see this as suspicious activity and block it, even though it's safe. This is why some Pogo games may: Stop loading at a certain percentage Show "A problem repeatedly occurred" messages Display blank, white or black screens Crash unexpectedly (sad face) 😔"I disappoint" Key Information to know: Game Behavior Varies for a Reason: Pogo games are not built on a single engine. Different developers, technologies, and update schedules mean one game can run perfectly while another struggles on the same device. Cached Data and Settings Matter: Outdated cookies, cached files, or unexpected device changes can cause games to load incorrectly or fail entirely. These issues often appear suddenly, even if you haven’t changed anything yourself. Background Tools can Silently Interfere: Ad blockers, privacy extensions, antivirus software, and content filters update silently. A single new rule can block scripts or assets that Pogo games rely on, causing partial or complete failures. Devices Behave Differently: Not all Apple users experience the same issues. Variations in iOS or macOS versions, Safari settings, Hardware models, and Browser choices can produce completely different results—even between devices that appear identical. Important Note: These troubleshooting steps involve changing settings on your device. If you are unsure about any steps, uncomfortable making these changes, or concerned in any way, please: Ask a family member, friend, or local tech-savvy person to help you! View a video or article to learn more about how these settings work. Contact EA Help and they can guide you through troubleshooting processes. Visit Apple's Support Community for additional help and information. 🍎 If you run into an issue, please start by reviewing the troubleshooting steps. When posting about a issue, include details such as your Apple device model, the browser you’re using, and any other relevant information. Many different factors can influence performance. As of 2026, when winning a game on Pogo Snowbird, rather than posting the next highest level up, it randomly gives you a different rank. Here are the ranks that were posted when I won 10 sequential games: 1832 1003 1292 936 1426 993 952 1407 1273 1246 Apparently, there is a programming breakdown in a simple operation. What can you do to fix this?38Views0likes1Comment
