Random Fires - Inconclusive Cause

Issue When loading into a lot, all the neighboring houses show either as an empty lot or show the default lot that comes with the game. Loading into the lot shows the correct lot. Thumbnails on the map are also correct. There is no endless loading. Info It's unclear what's happening here but I tested this on a save and found that it was only an issue for certain families. Loading the same lot with a different family showed the houses fine. It looks like a rending issue where the game doesn't find the correct data and shows either an empty lot (if the lot comes empty on a new game) or with the house that was originally on that lot. At this point I do not know if this is an early sign of save game corruption. Workaround In the save I tested, I was able to fix the issue by simply moving the affected families out and back in. Launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3
Game launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3, maybe someone has ideas how to fix this problem. I play in Mac. I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled but unfortunately it didn't help. I bought a new world - Roaring Heights Gold Edition but I can't download it in my game when launcher crashes.

After the update, I went through my usual process of revamping my game... Except when I placed twin beds, they disappeared. So, I did my usual 50/50 method and repaired the game... Except I left my mods folder in when I repaired the game, so I had to redownload everything... And now my female sims just... Don't have faces 😅. I've once again gone through my mods, but I'm not really sure what could be causing this... My game has been updated and repaired; I've done the50/50 method, the vanilla method, created a new folder... An am stumped... Please help!
Anyone elses game not launching?
Sims 4 app isn’t launching from EA and i’m unsure why or what to do. it did this afew weeks ago, i wasn’t able to play for about a week and then it went back to normal but i never figured out what it was, deleting the app and redownloading it didn’t seem to work either. i do have mods and cc downloaded and was wondering if theres a broken one somewhere? but i’m not sure how to find it. any help would be SO appreciated, thank you! 🙏🏼 (i’m on a mac btw)Crashing Issue
My game was working normally yesterday (playing offline) and I decided to go ahead and update today to the latest patch. Now, the game will not open at all with a "initialization error at start" message. I have tried removing all mods. Visiting the activity monitor app and removing anything EA or Sims related, and I have tried repairing the game. Nothing works .
EA wont let me buy Jungle Adventure
When I played the sims on windows, I got the Jungle Adventure game pack for free through connecting my ea account to epic games. When I switched to mac, it was missing. I eventually figured out that I no longer owned it because epic games is windows only, and just decided I just didn't need it anymore. However, months later, I want to buy it and I can't. When I try to pay, an error occurs and a message saying, "that didn't work, let's try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later," pops up. I assumed it was just a bug in the ea app, but then I tried buying a different game pack, and that purchase went through perfectly fine. I only get that error when I try to buy jungle adventure. I'm assuming that this is because when I'm in the sims 4, the game still believes that I own jungle adventure, but I don't know any way to fix this issue. It's really disappointing that I'm not able to buy a pack, especially since it was a pack that I once owned for free. If anyone knows anyway I could possibly fix this, please let me know!Load Error Code 800/801
Issue When trying into a lot, you are greeted by load error 800/801. Buildings start to disappear and you also get endless loading.
