EA App - Can't Connect to Server (Mac)
I see that others have had this issue before and most look unresolved. I have a boatload of money tied up in my Sims 4 games and extras and I can't access any of it. I've tried everything that was suggested in previous posts. I can't access the EA Help page at all, it tells me that I don't have access to that. So I tried on my phone and could get there but there was no available live chat option. I have deleted the cache, restarted my modem, reinstalled everything, even updated my OS! Nothing works! At this point I've lost all my saved games and will have to start over IF I ever regain access. The EA App is garbage! Please fix or help me fix!
Launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3
Game launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3, maybe someone has ideas how to fix this problem. I play in Mac. I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled but unfortunately it didn't help. I bought a new world - Roaring Heights Gold Edition but I can't download it in my game when launcher crashes.Nice try pogo, stop merging my Posts!
I guess I will repost OVER & OVER, if you are currently a member of Club Pogo and you’re sick of getting screwed over you came to the right place, this is **bleep** Pogo! Anyone get a pop up window asking to complete their survey on here? I happily filled it out and let them know that the $100 I spend on gems every month is done. When my subscription runs out I will leave Pogo forever. This is a virtual farm, we shouldn't have to pay for land, or energy for that matter. As far as their silence in resolving the issue from the missing crates and energy it is so obvious this is intentional! I have noticed how expensive everything is lately. Greedy, Greedy, Grrrrrrrrreedy!
EC10005 and EC10015
I keep receiving these errors. The EA app is saying it cannot connect to servers. I have enabled EA connections in my firewall. I have tried uinstalling and re-installing the app. I have tried removing devices from my EA account. It is stuck in a loop of restarting and saying it cannot connect. I am not sure how to fix it. I am a mac user, I use Sequoia OS.
[CD] [GRO] Pets gets Self Discovery Option (Paranoid)
My sim's dog got scared by a ghost, which triggered the Paranoid "new personality trait" self-discovery pop-up. Paranoid is not a dog-trait, and I don't believe pets are meant to be subject to Self Discovery. I clicked "yes" to see what would happen, which prompted the notification that the dog had discovered a new personality trait. I don't think it did anything though, or at least it doesn't show in the relationship profile. But I don't have mods installed to see if it's been applied as a hidden trait. I have all packs installed and haven't seen this happen before the latest patch. Feedback: I would love it if pets could learn pet personality traits! I.e. rehabilitating rescue pets to be less fearful/aggressive. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title to fit old report.
