Error 500
I have been dealing with this for days, I've tried everything including uninstalling all everything including my games and the app.... still as soon as I re install and open the app BOOM error 500! I'm on a MacBook, I'm furious I'm on bedrest for the rest of the month and just want to play the sims....
CAS catalogue no longer jumps to assets currently worn
Usually, when you click on an asset category, e.g. "Tops", the catalogue would jump down to whichever asset your sim is currently wearing. This has stopped happening after today's update. Instead, the catalogue just appears from the top of the scroll bar. This makes it very hard to tell which asset your sim is wearing and from which pack. (Very excited about all the bug fixes though, thanks Sims Team!!)
Can't upgrade items
Since downloading the latest update, the game doesn't recognize the upgrade parts my sim has in his inventory and is refusing to let him upgrade anything because he "doesn't have the parts," even though he does. I'm playing on Mac, if that makes a difference! I have some expansion packs but no mods or cc. I did not see this issue addressed in any of the currently active bug reports, but apologies if I've missed something! It's different for me, though, because this is happening regardless of where my sim got his upgrade parts.Sims can only order books they already own

I am a macOS user of The Sims 3. The 64-bit update has not worked for me so far. I'd like you to look at my account and re-apply the 64-bit entitlement for me. I will wait for you while you do it. Once you've finished I'll double-check for you that it worked by checking to see if Origin reports that the CD Key is now present in my 64-bit game. Thank you for your help!
