Sim doesn't interact with others and instead starts dancing/twitching
Since the lovestruck update my sims keep dancing instead of doing any social interaction. They just freeze with other tasks. Except going to the toilet, they just sit there and then freeze. I tried factory resetting, removed all mods, reinstalling the game, with packs, without packs, no mods, with mods; the bug still persists. Build buy mode is normal so far but the game has become completely unplayable because i can't do anything with my sims. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title to fit old report
Food disappears when Sims socialise with others
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned previously but I have just had the most frustrating experience with this bug and needed to put it here. It has happened in other scenarios, but it most often happens in the high school. My Sim will buy food from the cafeteria vendor, sit down and when i click for them to interact with another Sim, they will stand up and hover their hand over the food, making it disappear. This happened three times in a row, buy some food, talk to Sim, food disappears, rinse and repeat. It is very frustrating when my Sim is starving and getting progressively more hungry the more times the food disappears and they don't take a single bite out of it because I told them to interact with someone and the prospect of talking and eating is apparently too much for them to handle. I play on Mac.Teachers giving detention for no reason
I cannot get footage of this happening but I have just had my Sim put a book away while in the classroom as the lesson started and my Sim got detention? The head teacher walked in and yelled at him and gave him detention. Then when he had completed the detention, I ended the day early because I didn't want to wait about for no reason and he got yelled at again and told that he's "got some guts coming into school when he was skiving." This makes absolutely no sense....?
EA Advisors not giving me 64-bit?
Hi, I've played Sims 3 for many years, but I have always done it on an older mac, I recently changed to a newer one, and this one therefore can't play 32-bit games. I have Sims 3 in my EA library, but only the 32-bit version, and it of course just crashes immediately when trying to run it. I have been messaging EA Support for a while now, and have talked to multiple of their advisors, they have all said "I did everything on my end now" and other stuff like that, but have made no actual changes. My last conversation with one, he finished with saying he would file a bug report for the game, but still nothing has changed. Does anyone have any clue how to have them give me the 64-bit version? It kind of seems like they themselves don't even know how to. Thank you! :))

This is the text in the error message: Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later. I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do so. Odor Fumes/Slipping Townies - Mt Komorebi
The random sims walking around in Senbamachi of Mt Komorebi have odor fumes coming off of them regardless of whether or not they are clean. There are also an extraordinary amount of sims that keeps slipping and almost falling, as if they're clumsy... but none of them are clumsy.
Romantic Relationships among close family members
After most recent patch I noticed the inappropriate romantic relationship among family members (parent/child) bug. See attached showing the character's TEEN SON. Never experienced this bug before but I've heard about it. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit bug report at AHQ
[FR] White Screen when loading world with residential rentals
I have the Sims 4 for Playstation 4, it's the most recent update available for the system. I made a rental residential lot with 4 units in newcrest, saved the game, and closed it. The next day I tried to open back into newcrest and when I selected it from manage world I got a white screen and nothing loaded. I could still open the options menu and gallery. I waited 5 minutes, nothing changed. So I exited to the main screen, re loaded the game, went into a household and tried to travel to newcrest, same thing happened. I exited to main screen again loaded a different save, and was able to travel to newcrest on the save that did not have the rental. Packs if relevant: For rent, book nook, Simtimates, Crystal creations, High school years, My wedding stories, Desert luxe, Carnaval steetwear, Decor to the max, Cottage living, Dream home decorator, Paranormal stuff, Snowy escape, Eco lifestyle, Discover university, Realm of magic, Tiny living, Get famous, Luxury party stuff, Spa day, Seasons, Perfect patio, Romantic garden, Movie hangout, Get together, Cats and dogs, Dine out, Vintage glamours, Parenthood, Get to work, City living, Cool kitchen, Vampires Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title Edit by crinrict Update 2025/1217 Penthouses have been fixed. UPDATE 2025/0911 Seems apartment worlds are affected now too. Please use this thread if you build any residential rentals in the worlds you can't load. You can find a tutorial in my blog on how to fix it: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2020/11/mod-related-white-screen-when-travelling-to-new-world/ but the S4Studio one is still very experimental. I had it work and not work depending on the save. Disabling for rent, then saving the game without it and then reinstall it is the best method although you will loose all content from the pack and it will reset the world. Some people also reported that doing this deleted the lot altogether (like there was no lot to build on anymore afterwards). You do any fixes at your own risk so please make backups.
