Looks like the deer and goat were recently introduced in the latest zoo area and I used stars earned to get both. Now, somehow the goat has disappeared as an option even though it is walking around in my zoo with the food/water/bed. I also got the deer but the food/water/bed that I used stars on to get have all disappeared so the thing is walking around with nothing. Are the support personnel even here reading what problems people are having? The drop down menu page says “report a problem” but then it takes you to this forum which says “start a discussion”. I don’t see anywhere specifically to report a problem and/or get a case number to know that someone is actively reviewing and fixing these issues.

My sims got married, had all the marriage buffs. I entered create a sim via the custom tattoo option. Upon exiting CAS my sims got a pop up that they were now the partners of each other. They had to get remarried. Then I went to plan their outfits and the same thing happened. No mods or custom content. Playing on PC. Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title
Marketplace Not Loading, Then Home Screen "Blues Out" Freezes on Blank Screen
When trying to look at marketplace from the home screen, it does not load, and then if you try to go back to the Home page from the MarketPlace tab the Home screen goes fully blue and freezes but doesn't fully crash/exit the game, you still have to exit manually. Wasn't an issue until three days ago.Customers at Restaurants are glitching
My Sims own a restaurant and there are major glitches that have occurred after the last update: Sims come into the restaurant with the "Star" over their head. They will stay at the host/hostess podium for a Sim hour and then the star will disappear from their head and they leave. Sims will be seated and order a meal. Once they get their meal, they pick it up off the table while standing, put the food back down on the table, write in a notebook, and leave. Sims will order food and eat it when it comes, but then they act like they never got their food and start to get impatient when their "order doesn't arrive". Restaurant critics no longer have their "titles" above their names even though their "Stars" have the ribbons. Customers who have received their meals don't show up in the Customer Count, however the Simoleons do. Waiters and Waitresses get upset because of a non promotion, even though they recently got promoted and their skills haven't changed. Sims stand around to eat their meals and don't sit at the table.Houses/Lots Disappear
Issue The save game starts to disintegrate itself. Lots start to get deleted, causing endless loading, loading into empty lots. This issue has been around since the very beginning so it’s not tied to any packs. This issue possibly has a lot of different causes and hence is hard to pinpoint. I have had this issue the past 3 days. I recently redownloaded Sims and updated it. The game wasn't working, so I deleted mods folder and it still didnt work. I reinstalled it and deleted the cache and repaired it. I tried to fix the code so it would register my graphic which helped but it eventually broke again. I can create a household and play in it fully, but if i try to add another in manage households after I create the sim and press the check it bufferes infinitley. I also just bought new packs with the August sale. I have cats and dogs, cottage living, island living, city living, and the realm of magic. I had my EA account for several years on my computer with CD access. I bought the Cats and Dogs expansion pack on CD. Now I have a new laptop and couldn't log into my old account, so I had to create new one, but I don't have CD access on the laptop, so now I can't play with the expansion pack. Do you have any idea what I can do now, or do I have to buy it again? Thank you.
